Beach was pretty and little used. The road on the other side of the villa was noisy. The restaurant on site was a bonus, with food made to order. The mini-store on site was useful. Staff was friendly. Manuals for appliances would be helpful.

Directed bedside lamps are always better for couples who have different sleep schedules. Showers should always have mats for traction and grab bar. The smart tv was useful. Restaurant was expensive. The staff tried to dissuade me from using minivan taxis, but they were very convenient and very inexpensive. Also was dissuaded from walking to the movie theater, which was easy. A few more condiments in the kitchen would be useful.

Staff is very nice and welcoming , the beach is nice and you are on the beach which is amazing We liked that you can have kayaks and paddle boards

You are on the highway so you can hear and smell it The restaurant is expansive and food is not that great

We had a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor with immediate access from a covered porch to the pool and beach, and oh so beautiful views and sounds of the ocean. There was very little noise from the pool area and anyone who walked by was full of smiles and hellos. We felt totally safe in this hotel, with security staff monitoring who entered the grounds from the highway and the beach. The staff was ALWAYS smiling and willing to help-from the reception ladies to the maintenance men taking care of the pool and grounds, and there was never a NO when asked if something could be done. It was wonderful having the kitchen and we took full advantage of it to cook almost every meal when around. LOVED, LOVED having such nearby beach access-almost right outside the door. Such luxury!

Kitchen could have been more equipped-broiler pan for meats, whisk, more regular knives for tableware, but i suspect we were in the minority of people because we cooked so much and were aware of what we didn't have. We certainly made do with what we had and didn't suffer.

As many other reviews have mentioned, you really need a car or rely on taxis. Very little within walking distance. However, this isn't meant to take away from the great review, just a heads up to future travellers.

It is right on the beach . Just a few steps onto the beach & the warm sea. The complex was safe & secure & perfect base for exploring the island. The staff are helpful & very pleasant . There was more water sports kit than I thought. free use of open sea kayaks & paddle boards. Decent fins & snorkels we borrowed them to take snorkelling trips to smugglers cove , pigeon island & sugar beach. It’s not super plush but clean , comfortable & well equipped for self catering. It’s a small intimate resort if u want all inclusive 5 star luxury this is not for u. We were a party of 7 in 2,villas & thought it was excellent .

It is next to a busy main road but beachside you don’t notice this. A car is wise it’s not so easy to get about without one. It also allows you good access to Rodney bay. Smugglers . Pigeon island all the Northern sites.

it was close to Castries airport (5 minute drive) so worked well for a stopover.

The main road runs right past it. If you have a sea facing room the sea drowns out the road noise but in the rear rooms road noise is prevalent

The cottages are self contained apartments really and are beautiful, well stocked and furnished. It is right on their own private beach. A few strollers from the cruise ships were no issue at all. Ships dock well away from the VBC. Grounds are immaculate and so pretty. Staff was friendly and helpful. The ceiling fan in my kitchen stopped working and they replaced it the next day. I had groceries delivered and everything was perfect and exactly as I had ordered. I’d go back for sure.

The sea was fairly rough during my stay. The water was churned up and not clear. But the beach is clean in front of our place and no grass or sargassum. My only small complaint is it is far from the airport but my taxi drivers were friendly and full of information and history about the island.

Detached honeymoon suite with private terrace and separate private balcony with outstanding sea view - beautiful sunsets. The beach was stunning; the sound of the waves; the service, the little shop; the pool area, the small size of the property. Food excellent! Very relaxing.

Bathroom definitely needs updating, and needs to include room for storage. Plenty of drawer space but the tiny old-fashioned wardrobe was insufficient for our needs, especially for anything long which we had to hang over the window frames. A dishwasher would be good - it is a holiday, after all! Front of property on very busy road so best to go out in a taxi.

A beautiful start to our honeymoon, the staff are all so friendly and welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed speaking with Collin. Austin who we hired the car from is also a superstar and the price was super competitive compared to others on the island. It was a fantastic stay, the rooms are huge and well equipped and the view is gorgeous, we even got to use the kayak to the small island we could see on our balcony. The cooks are amazing and so talented best curry I had was from here and the bakes, salt fish and banana bread for breakfast was beautiful. Thanks for a wonderful stay

I would have really loved a bar that provided snacks/ drinks throughout the day rather than the bottles from the mini shop. You definitely need a car if you stay here although they will book you taxis.

Although these are self-catered cottages with a full kitchen and dining room as well as a large and beautiful bedroom, there is a lovely little restaurant on site with good food and lovely staff. There is also an internet café and a little shop, as well as kayaks the hotel can lend you to get to nearby Rat Island. The terrace of each room is a dream - ours overlooked a pool which overlooked the beach. It's an easy drive into Castries but we were surprised to learn everything there shuts at 5pm - so it was great to have options at the hotel.

Lunch was quite expensive, so if ou are staying several days, it is a good idea to stock up at the nearby supermarket and make your own meals. The resort is just off the highway - we couldn't hear any noise from the road, but I did wonder about air quality.
