Loved the whole experience from bungalows to the staff to the food Breakfast was delicious and loved the Samoan dishes eg;vaisalo ,koko alaisa,supo esi,sua masi, Oh the staff from the porter to the receptionist ,restaurant staffs and the cleaners they were fantastic and excellent service We will be back for sure The pool was the best too We loved it that much we extended our stay for another 3 nights !! TV wasn't working during our stay as they were still doing maintenance etc but it didn't bother us at all ,we weren't there to watch TV

We had no faults to mention

Comfortable Beds Very Clean Friendly Staff Air con was first class and didn't disappoint Accepted last minute request for late check out

We only had hot water on the first day TV didn't have remotes had to call front office and when delivered remote was dysfunctional couldn't use for volume control Had late arvo cocktails and couldn't find staff anywhere, Didn't like the shower above bath set up, it was hard to get in and out and almost hazardous to a point.

The staff were lovely & helpful at all times

On our last full day stay - the power was out for 10 hours, through no fault of Aggies but would have appreciated a check in from the staff & distribution of flashlights or candles, as well as water because there was no running water either.

Breakfast was a stand out as well as staff, accomodating and very helpful

Sewage issue which resulted in slow drainage in bathroom and stench outside bungalow

Excellent breakfast which is included in the price. Limited dinner menu e.g. no fresh pan fried fish on the menu. Staff were very good in the restaurant. Pele was excellent at sorting a few issues out immediately. Room had a great air con system.

There appeared to be a disconnect between the laundry and hotel. Housekeepers were short on bathroom towels, bath mat, wash cloths and hand towels. We didn’t have any towels for over 24hrs nor a face flannel for 4 days. It was difficult for them to complete servicing of the room. Shower is over the bath which would be difficult for people with mobility issues.

Sheraton was home for us and we did not want to leave. The location I believe was the best for all accommodation options in Samoa. The breakfast was amazing, the facilities fantastic, but the staff, the most welcoming! The food and beverage were amazing, but the bar staff and the hotel porters were the best!

The pool could use a deep clean specifically the area over the bridge near the plants/trees, and at times the main area of the pool, but still amazing! The bathtub in our room was dirty and needed a scrub, and the window in the tub needed to be a bit longer.

The very warm welcome to the Hotel and complimentry drinks, the portering of our luggage to clean cool room that had a beautiful view of the harbour. The friendly and helpful staff preparing our big range breakfast and deloius dinners. Saoloto and other great staff members made our stay very comfortable day and night and around pool. Our farewell song/haka, was a nice touch and much appreciated when we left the Hotel, we will return . - faafetai lava

The breakfast was excellent, such a wide selection, from fruit and cereals to hot food, Samoan traditional dishes, cheese and cold meats. The omelettes were delicious and came very quickly. Would recommend ordering these! The layout of the hotel was lovely. It was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed cocktails in the bar next to the foyer most nights and the staff were super welcoming and helpful. It was lovely chilling out by the pool and being able to order food and drinks, the milkshakes were delicious. The place was very tidy and well kept. We had a couple of evening meals which were also delicious. The hotel was very central to the marina and only a 10 minute walk to town and the information centre. Our room was spacious and the shower was lovely. We didn’t use the bath. The pool was warm and clean. The swim up bar was a nice treat for us.

Staff were amazing - beautiful, friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was a highlight and the Koko Alaisa was 10/10. The mixture of pool and music gave it the island vibe which was nice (have found some new songs to add to the playlist) was nice to go for a swim in the afternoons and have a drink by the pool, staff were super attentive no matter where you were having drink/food (in the restaurant or around the pool).

Facilities are definitely run down. Same issue as most with room service and changing towels etc, but if you let reception know they’ll have it sorted promptly so wasn’t too much of an issue. Main thing was just the rooms being run down, marks on the walls, but nothing that’ll change outcome of your stay as the rooms are only for sleeping in, the staff are the ones who made the stay memorable and enjoyable :)
