The staff was exceptionally welcoming and went out of their way to ensure my needs were met. The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and business centers. The on-site dining options were great, offering a variety of tasty meals. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure trips.

It was difficult to find as there were no street signs or a visible board with the hotel's name.

It is clean

The guy in the reception was rude. We are a family and reserved 2 studios. The hotel was not full, but he wanted to make it difficult for us. He said that the 2 studios will be in different buildings, he lied to us that the hoeltel was full bcz after that he changed his mind and offered us the 2 studios near each other in the same building and floor. There were vacant connected studios but he did not give us that option though he saw that my children are so young.

The rooms are elegant and well equipped with classy interior and a comprehensive kitchen. The breakfast buffet is of the best that I have tried globally on-par with top 5 star hotels in terms of its elegance taste while it retains its simplicity!

The entrance of the hotel and the reception staff do not reflect the quality of the hotel inside. A very important note is that the name of the hotel is not visible near the entrance and there is a small incorrect name written, which I later got to know that it was the old name of the hotel. The other fact was that it says apart hotel in many places although - excluding the entrance - it is a proper hotel.

- Staff are beyond amazing would like to thank Mr. Yassin he is very welcoming, great effort, big help and kind attitude. You can see him all over the hotel he need to be manager honestly. Mr. Abdulbaea is the best example of hotel receptionist! Both Mr. Mohammed arif and robin are the most dedicated room service i’ve met in hotels!❤️❤️ Rooms are specious, windows in the room are a plus, it makes the room lighting.

- need to call more than 3 times to get the reciption to answer. - the girl in reciption working on 27/01 night, lied to us about a room we requested that it requires an extra pay, once i agree to pay she said its occupied, found out later from the guy reciption no extra payment whatsoever required and he moved us easily.

good location - trade centers and shops, other locations not far away using taxi, bed is huge, space is ok, the kitchen is nice,

a bit noisy - elevator with human voice naming its floors is too much - I can hear it from my room at night. some music in the corridor early in the morning was also a bit disturbing. maybe some more soundproof needed for the room

The apartment was like home from home. Spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Babies cot was bigger than than expected, which was great. My son slept so well! Staff were warm and welcoming! Every time we came in or out of the hotel, they welcomed us and interacted with our 3 year old son. Breakfast was wonderful. They had different options each day. We all found something we liked. Waffles and pancakes were my sons favourite, along with the large selection of fruits. We ordered from the restaurant twice, and they delivered it to our room. Everything we tried was delicious and fresh. The location was another great point. Outside the hotel, you have coffee shops, a tasty salad shop (toss), and Katherine's cookies (we needed a last-minute cake, and it was amazing).

They only provided 2 coffee pods. If you wanted more, it was 10 Sar each - just pack your own.

All good especially staff in reception and housekeeping staff also I like the location in the middle of a lot of places

Breakfast was not excellent , variety and quality Also one comment about towels please check as I can see a lot of old onces and this is not good Small comment also about tv channnels very limited and a lot of channels not working

I love this hotel so much, it is my home in Jeddah. It is very clean and the staff are super helpful and friendly. the housekeeping team are wonderful people. Cleanliness and comfort are the first thing you notice in the hotel. The breakfast is very healthy and has good options. It used to be better but it is still good.

The room was excellent. Had all the appliances required, good working order. Clean, quiet and comfy. The facilities were good - inc gym. WIFI excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast choice excellent and room service was good. Location was good too.

It worth knowing that car park facilities are available within the hotel for guests car! Such service is good! Food is delicious and reasonably priced! Security staff is available around the o'clock for safy of gusts.

Probably because of the rating of the hotel standard and the size, there are no health club or Swimming pool in the hotel
