I booked a Quad room with partial Haram View. Room was very spacious and had an amazing view of Haram. The hotel is at the closest proximity to Haram and plenty of food options inside the tower

Parking was very expensive and very very difficult to reach. Also I paid for full in advance and got confirmation from hotel about the receipt of full amount however upon my arrival reception staff informed me that SAR 100 was still due. I showed them the payment slip and confirmation message but I still had to pay that amount

Very close and good walking distance to Masjid Haram. Housekeeping person in hotel was nice and provided good service.

Room service was poor. Number didn't work and if you called another number they would hang up or not listen

location is great, nearest to Haram. food is available within premises. taxis are available near to the location. inside prayer hall is very big and separated for ladies as well. got upgrade for Haram view to partial Kaaba view (Thanks to the receptionist)

I love the room, it really meet my expectation. location was perfect, just accross masjidil haram (king abdul azis gate). Breakfast was perfect, especially the pastries (i love it so much) and also the egg station (the staff was sooo friendly). Below the hotel, there is safwah commercial market, we can easily buy food, clothes, gift, and so on. I really love to go back and choose this hotel again for the next visit. Insyaallah

We got 4th floor and there was no view outside the room so i cannot get sunlight at the day. Even busy street view would be better.

I recently stayed at Al Safwah Orchid Hotel, and it was a great choice, especially since I was there for Umrah. What I loved most about it? It's super close to the Haram! I mean, you're practically a hop and a skip away, which made going to prayers incredibly easy. This was a huge plus, especially since I was traveling with my kids – it really cut down on travel time and tiredness. The hotel also took care of my family's needs with various room options, including family-friendly ones and connecting rooms. They added nice touches like fridges in the rooms, which were super handy for storing our essentials. Besides its awesome location, convenient on-site dining with restaurants and a coffee shop. If being close to the Haram is your top priority, like it was for me, Al Safwah Orchid Hotel is a fantastic option. Its location, conveniences for families, and comfy rooms make it a strong contender for your stay in Makkah.

There is quite a lot of work going on in the building so it can quite busy on the escalators which needs to be taken into account for your travel time.

Breakfast spread didn't have any fresh fruits

Very close to Haram, more closer than Pulman Zam Zam and Swiss hotel Makkah. It also has a Masjid which is connected with Haram, which is a very big advantage if you are travelling with older people. Too many restaurants and barbers within the same building.

The only difficulty is that when you will arrive you need to find the hotel entrance lifts and take all your luggage yourself there. Or call the hotel desk before arriving to arrange a bell man waiting for you at the main Ajyad road.

1- The location was good as it was immediate to the Masjid, taxi drop off, restaurants and local shops 2- It promoted local bottled water brand and not international 3- The breakfast was good 4- the customer service addressed our concerns each time we approached them for issues in the room.

1- The specifications of the room did not mention that the room window was very small where as the picture showed a wide window for the same bed type of room. 2- The first room was not very clean.

Excellent Access to Masjid al Haram Our stay was truly blessed with exceptional access to Masjid al Haram. The hotel's location made us feel like we were part of the sacred boundary. Our room was thoughtfully equipped with a speaker system that broadcasted the prayers from Masjid al Haram, ensuring we never missed a salah. The hotel also featured a dedicated masjid where we followed the imam of Masjid al Haram, further enhancing our spiritual experience. The hotel building boasts an impressive array of restaurants on the 3rd floor, offering a diverse range of cuisines to suit every taste. What's more, the prices are incredibly affordable!

Room Comfort While the stay was comfortable, the connecting room setup allowed noise from the adjacent room to be noticeable.
