The location is great. It has 2 exits, one toward the clock tower and another one toward Ibrahim Khalil street. You can have access to the mosalah (Male at P9 and Female at P10). The staff as super friendly and helpful.

The room’s sound isolation is bad. I was staying at a room that in front of lifts and has a shared wall with another room. I hear anyone talk outside and the other room. I was unlucky and have a very impolite and noisy neighbour.

Breakfast buffet was great but the location was the real deal. Got a room with Kabah view which was the sweetest deal of all.

Bathroom can use upgrade and proper cleaning.

men at the reception, i asked for early check in as I'm arriving 4 am, i arrived at that time and i tild them I'll have early check out 1 am, they told me no free rooms now at ur rate, u can upgrade to a room 2.5 times the rate of my room or wait till checkin time, i wait at the reception till 9:30 am when a nice female at the reception came to ask me and my sister where is ur group and when we told her we are waiting for check in as no rooms is free, she said, no there is free room and she helped us check in before 10am. Those male reception guys are shame to work in such place. No blanket at the room, wewther was abit cold.

The check in took over an hour and a half.. After waiting for 30 min in line we got to the reception desk. The check in receptionist man at the 1st desk kept walking away into a room on the other side & would not come back for 15-20 min. First we thought he had to use the restroom but after him walking away 3 times without saying anything we asked another receptionist who advised us to speak to the manager. After an hour of non-sense of the receptionist walking away without saying anything the manager finally helped us.

The location of the hotel is the only and great point. It is literally 2-3 mins walk to Al-Haram. The breakfast is continental but it is not completely continental. I would expect a more international breakfast option is a hotel (within clock tower with *star ratings).

I faced a problem during checkin. The communication amongst the booking, hotel and customer is not clear. I had to pay almost 800SAR extra just and that is the tax which was never mentioned in booking. The hotel and booking must make a clear invoice to indicate what are the charge including and excluding taxes with conversion prices. The breakfast could be more international. It was very crowdy during the whole breakfast time, so the space and the staff services are quite limited compared to the number of people in the hotel. The staff were not able to manage the request of Coffee or tea. Sometimes I had to wait for 15-20 mins to have the coffee.

It’s a great property and we booked a junior suite for a family of 4, we loved the size of the room and the haram view. With all the recent constructions on going this hotel provides a decent approach to gate 79 of masjid. The breakfast was great too with so many options. Loved the fresh roti from tandoor.

At first we used the elevators from within the clock tower, but its super inefficient and slow and we had to finally switch to use the dedicated entrance from behind the clock tower. That is good but increases the distance to haram. It is a bit misleading on booking.com and if i had known about it i would have considered other options as well.

Location was perfect. Breakfast Buffet was excellent.

Bit of damp smell creeping up in the washrooms. Muslim shower was faulty, complained, didn’t got repaired in my multiple days stay. This is my 2nd stay, maintenance quality has suffered during past few years and it’s visible.

The hotel is amazing, the best part is of course the view of the Haram, if you want the Kaaba view it’s a separate suite.

The only issue with this hotel are the lifts the lifts take too long to come and bring you down.
