Never judge a book by it’s cover, the outside looks run down and dated, the hotel is hidden in an alleyway and difficult to find but as soon as you walk the staff are hospitable, friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and pleasant, the location is great for Haram a very short walk transport wise lots of taxis nearby overall a very pleasant experience I will highly recommend the hotel the bonus was an electric hot plate to cook and heat up food with storage cupboards

Difficult to find

The staff were very supportive and co.muicated effectively with exceptional professionally touch. I would like to particularly than Essa who was the the front desk when we arrived, he helped us resolve issues related to the online booking - very patient and lively. I would also want to than Reda and Saleh who were equally helpful. I will recommend Nada Al Deafah and use it for my future Umrah, InshaAllah

Close to the Haram and restaurants, with clean accommodations , good price and excellent assistance from Osama Atia at the reception

This property is amazing location if you want just a cheap and cheerful hotel and to be near the car, but this is your best hotel bathrooms aren’t fantastic but they do the job beds are super comfort

The Hotel location is quiet convenient and near to the Haram for attending the prayers and performing the Umrah.

Prices were little higher side.

The location is very good with a lot of facilities nearby. The Staff were always helpful. And Special thank to Mr Reda who is a wonderful man doing his job to the satisfaction of the clients.

From my opinion everything is to the satisfactory of the client and there is always a solution

was literally steps away from the haram. it was clean, facilities were nice. they had a masjid, wish they had a live stream of the haram so I can pray there while following the sheikh of the haram.

had to climb a few hills in order to get to the property. shower water was boiling hot with no way to turn it down. was extremely expensive although I was there during Ramadan.

Location near Masjid Al Haram not even 5 minutes Very nice and clean all facilities were there 😄 not a 1 problem even

The location is excellent, and the staff is cheerful.

The approach was uncomfortable. It was a little unclean and water flowing from broken pipe.
