I was impressed with the service recovery Mr. Ahmed Abdulmunem provided as I requested to change my room location, his outstanding service went through out my stay, professional, smart and very welcoming finds time for his clients even with heavy hotel occupancy. Bid good bye during my check out. The star that made my 5 days stay comfortable. The hotel location was very good, 10 min walking distance to the Al Haram Mosque, flat ground, no hills. Plenty of shops, restaurants and street market are near by. Lot of meter and private taxis are at the front door. I must congratulate the cleaning team for their awesome job. All the public areas were super clean (my room was on DND all the stay and it was respected, they called few times to check if I require any cleaning items), very polite once crossed in the corridor. Lot of amenities and water in the room. Beds very comfortable and good pillows. Mini fridge available in the room. Lobby was quiet busy in the rush hours. however, never late for lifts, many are available. Very safe for female travelers. Signature: genuis 3 traveler.

The internet connection was slow or not reachable to my room.

The location was perfect to EL Haram, exactly 6 minutes walk and it is at the bottom of the hill which made the walk easier than other hotels. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.The room was good and worth the money. The staff was respectful and provided us with a charging converter as soon as we asked for it.

They sent us to a room that is not ready or cleaned yet. Although they fixed the issue quickly when we told them that we are tired and need the room quickly. The washroom was way outdated compared to the room that is more modern.

Location was excellent, just few minutes walking to the Haram. The hotel was neat and clean and facilities were value for money.

There were not enough housekeeping staff to cover the floor considering the size of the hotel. Although we didn't require housekeeping during our stay, they should have come at least once to clean the room.

It is a walkable distance from Haram. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. There were clean towels and free toiletries. The shower had hot water, which is something that I was concerned about because it was mentioned in some reviews that there was no hot water. Also, the room had a kettle, tea bags, and coffee. I haven't tried their food so I can't tell. Overall, I liked it and it was a pleasant stay.

The walking distance to Haram could be hard for elderly people. The shower didn't have curtains, which caused the water to cover the bathroom floor. The room is a little small but it wasn't a big problem for us.

Excellent Hotel It have even better and fast service Than the hotels in clock tower I have been in those hotel also many times I would prefer this on them

Good location to the haram in Ramadhan, about 10mins walk. Hotel was spacious, staff very friendly. Cleaning staff, Faizul Rahman, was very attentive. Would regular get call from reception to make sure everything was OK. We were given a room with 4 beds, there was only 3 of us. It meant we had lots of space. Our room was on the road side so there was noise from the traffic, especially the buses. But we too tired most of the time to notice. Beds were comfortable. Room had fridge, kettle, etc, all in working order. Bathroom had toiletries, powerful shower, but somewhat outdated. But that was fine. Never had issue with using the lifts, there much have been at least 12 lifts in the lobby.

Everything was good

Location was the best for praying in haram. it was 10-13 min walk until you reach the outer courtyard of haram. The hotel and its surrounding is bustling with people and cars. there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby catering to your daily needs. The view from the room was spectacular, we could see the clock tower but offcourse not the Haram. You can clearly hear the azan and namaz. People pray at the hotels ground floor / street with the jamaat of Haram. Toilet was modern. didnt test the Wifi as i had the sim.

Due to the location, expect the noise from the street at night. The reception staff hardly speaks English but does understand. It is stated that the Check-in is at 1600 and it means 1600 doesn't matter if you request an early check-in or come at 1400, you will get the room at 1600, end of.

- Friendly staff especially Mr Ahmed El Sayed house keeping manager and Abdul Aziz & Ahmed Nabil from house keeping were very cooperative and helped us a lot. - Location is good. - Water available every time. - They gave us time during check out up to 2 PM. - Welcome drink every morning with Arabic coffee.

- Reception staff need to be improved in treatment with new clients (Small smile can do more). - During check in only there was no bell man so I had to carry my bags by my self to the room. - Water current is weak and needs to be improved in toilet only.
