It is neat and clean. It is also close to haram like 10min max.

The room service came knocking on doors when I didn't request for it and there is no 'do not disturb' sign to put by the door. The last one that came insisted they check the fridge temperature. Imagine being woken up from sleep to check the fridge temperature when you didn't even request for it. Then kids are playing in the hallway from around 11pm to around 1am disturbing others in their rooms. All these are things that can easily be fixed.

The hotel and rooms very nice and clean. The general manager was very helpful and quick to help the customers. Economical and budget friendly start. My Samsung mobile (which records less steps as compared to iPhones) recorded approx 1600 steps from my hotel room to the tawaf area on 2nd floor. You have to choose whether to pay less for this hotel which is a little far or pay up to 4 times the price for hotels adjacent to haram. I knew the distance before booking so the property generally met my expectations. Whether I'll stay here next time or not, maybe I will or may be not if I find same price hotels a bit closer to haram. BTW great quality shower gel and shampoo ;)

The Arab guy at the front desk was extremely slow. He took around 20 minutes to complete check-in process for each customer. Other than this, the rooms are tiny. We were two people and booked a three bed room. A couple of people came to the front desk to complain how small their rooms were while I was waiting to check in at the reception. Mistakeny, or luckily, I was given a four bed room so the space was sufficient for me but definitely not enough for 4.

1- Location is very good, near to masjid haram 2- Staff specially duty manager were helpful and welcoming 3- Express check in and out 4- No queues at elevators, especially at prayer times 5- Hotel is clean, facilities are OK, in the room you will find all that you need.

1- Tiny Bathroom and bathing place is not appropriate to an adult unless you decide to stay with one leg outside, and this is what I did. 2- Elevators -working almost all day - makes a loud sound when called, and when stopped at your floor, being almost attached to my room, it made any sleeping trial a desperate one! 3- Room has no window, this however should have been mentioned by booking.com for the sake of claustrophobic people. I believe both notes can be handled by the hotel management, while the third is booking responsibility. Overall, I am satisfied with the journey and will definitely repeat it.

5min walk to masjid haram. The hotel is located on busy road. There are plenty of taxis parked waiting outside if you need. 10min drive to makkah train station. There is plenty of food shops, restaurants, juice, ice cream ,jewellery shops ,clothes shops as soon as you step out of hotel. Hotel is located behind clock tower on ibrahim khalil Road. Hotel is clean beautiful always smelling nice of incense. Friendly respectful staff who help straight away.

Actually we were moved to Worth Elite hotel. The cheffe réceptioniste. Alaa was fantastic.very welcoming and friendly and helpful.
