The location is not far from the haram, 15-20 min walk to get inside the Haram. Staff is good, very responsive. We were able to check in earlier than our scheduled time. Breakfast is good. Above all experience is good. I would recommend it to you, definitely I would return to it without any hesitation😀😍

Room was small for three bed, luckily I was just with my wife. We had to ask for bath tissue more than once because they only give you one. But after our last request we were given two😁. That’s the only issue we had. Also they should stop by every morning to give new towels and shower supplies. Our towels never been changed during our stay that last 4 nights.

I was made to pay twice for my hotel stay. Hotel contacted me a month before my stay and asked me to pay for my hotel stay, which I did and emailed the proof of payment to them. When I got to the hotel, at reception I was told they had not received any money and had to pay again if I wanted to stay there. I made the 2nd payment. I am currently in contact with booking.com customer service to help resolve and get my money back. Hotel has not been very responsive so far.

Near to Masjid Al Haram, this hotel offers a comfortable and upscale accommodation to those coming to Makkah for umrah and hajj. The hotel is at the juncture of a bus and taxi terminal increasing accessibility to the pilgrims. The market also offers additional options and ease of living with all materials available right out side the hotel door.

Really nothing negative was observed. I had a great time Alhumdulilah.

There rooms and facilities were outstanding. I stayed with my family 5 nights. Just my start was bad... Otherwise no issue.

They dnt provide us parking... Even we wait for 4 for and park our car in paid parking near kubri... Bt after alot of promises they even dnt fulfil their promise and we have bad experience from their receptionist man he was super rude... Even dnt respect to customers. Hotel is outstanding but staff at reception totally rude and non coperative.

Asslamualikum . We just had stay for 6 days . What I can say. Service just incredible, location so near only 10mints walk. Sister Noura and Israt in reception cant expect more than this how excellent service they always try to give in this busiest time . They always helpful ,friendly, ☺️ ☺️ ☺️ ☺️ and so amazing. I can't express how good and excellent the hotel. Alhamdulillah.

I loved the customer service, the breakfast everything and everyone was very nice and also extremely helpful. I would recommend this place and also would love to come again. I would also like to say the help of Raneem was exceptional. Thank you Raneem and all the staff there.
