The room cleaning was excellent, with the cleaning staff, AbdurRahman, and his supervisor Mydulislam, maintaining the standards of cleanliness and attention to detail every day. The daily room service was always prompt and thorough. Assistant Manager Zahid Ali was particularly attentive, meeting us daily to check on our experience and ensure we were happy with everything. His professionalism and care made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and professional staff!

It's just located on 3 minutes climb on hill top but they have their club car move & fro free all the time; but it needs to be reminded for older & disable people. Check-out should be at 2pm

The housekeeping and cleaning service is outstanding. This is my repetitive stay here and would recommend this hotel. Specially Mr. MD Myadul Islam who has been very supportive during our stay here throughout.

Air-conditioning was excellent Wifi was good Hotel was clean and staff were friendly There was golf cart to bring you up and down the hill which was helpful Lots of stores and restaurants nearby

The location was far with 15 to 20 mins walk easily to reach gate 79 but manageable

Nice experience! Friendly hotel staffs, especially HK supervisor, Mydul islam , asst manager, Zahid Ali, Manager, iftekar Ahamed, and reception lady's Gaida. Super service, offered to clean the room everyday. Very happy with the experience. Location is right next to highway. So you can reach by taxi without thinking about road closures due to prayer time etc. Shuttle for a short distance available to avoid climbing the hill.

Location is at the hill, not recommended if you have an elderly who wants to go to harem often. Otherwise everything else is on a good side comparing the other hotels around.
