The room it self was very comfortable, with cozy bedding and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing Umrah. The room cleaning was excellent, with the cleaning staff, AbdurRahman, and his supervisor Mydulislam, maintaining the standards of cleanliness and attention to detail every day. The daily room service was always prompt and thorough. Assistant Manager Zahid Ali was particularly attentive, meeting us daily to check on our experience and ensure we were happy with everything. His professionalism and care made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and professional staff!

It's just located on 3 minutes climb on hill top but they have their club car move & fro free all the time; but it needs to be reminded for older & disable people. Check-out should be at 2pm

It was great experience with my family. Great location near to haram,quit place neat and clean. Very cordial behaviour from Mr Maydul & Suzon ahmed Room attandant. Will definitely satay again next year
