The Location was perfect if you are going for Umrah. Haram (Mosque) is just 10 to 12 minutes’ walk through tunnel or through Market. The Room service guy Mahaboob asked everyday if we need room service, also Haneen asked us if we need any assistance or room service. So no issues with Staff. When we arrived around 22:00, the guy at reception was aware of about our booking and it took literally 5 minutes to Check in. Room was big, clean and comfortable. There is steep hill when you go to haram but believe me it's fine even for kids and older people because they have Golf Cart (which we didn’t use) to take you up and down and the steep hill is just less than 1 minutes’ walk. There is Pakistani Hotel few yards away so food is available 24 hours. The best thing was that you don’t need to wait for shuttle due to walking distance to Haram. As long as room was ok, we had no issues in our 5 days of stay. We didn’t eat from the hotel so cannot comment. See, it’s not a 5 star hotel so don’t expect too much but it's fit for our purpose of visit, we wanted to avoid Shuttle service or Taxi service to haram and this is we achieved with good room service and sleep. Value for Money. If you are ok with Shuttle services offers by other hotels, then you may go for more comfort and luxury, but if you are looking for walking distance and don’t want to pay thousands of pounds then go for this hotel.

If you want to avoid hustle while enjoying value for money, then following is for you: After prayer time if you are coming straight to hotel then you will find crowded lifts and you may need to wait to get in to the lifts. (We came across this issue on first day so we planned accordingly and didn’t face this issue again) The communal areas had slightly weird smell (we didn’t spend time in Communal areas so no problem for us) Rooms are not updated but this is what we paid for to stay close to Haram.

I like the location of the place WALKING to Masjid Al Haram 10 min easy Via bus station direct up to the clock tower haram or walk toward the shops brings you direct to the masjid . Food store shops near the price of the hotel just to shower and rest. DISTANCE SAFE AS WE WERE 2 WOMAN, Mahaboob staff was very helpful with taxi stuff he speaks English, WHICH HELPS VERY mind. HELP ME TO CARRY MY STUFF . I RECOMANDE HIM..😊👍👍

CORRIDOR NOISY ALL NIGHT.FOOD count rest properly . LIFT VERY BUSY. The other staff reception don't speak English, keep your bookings details, they might say you didn't pay .. You get what you Pay if you need to get a place to rest shower

Alsalamo Alikum , The property is extremely close to the Haram. It’s literally 2 roads you walk. During Fajr for example I can leave my room 15 minutes before athan and make it on time. This specific hotel binds 3 attributes that make it a top pick, the price , the distance, and cleanliness. The staff are kind and respectful. During my stay I was assisted by few , Mahbub, Alam, Haneen, Nehal, Rafi, Istibar, and few others. The hotel has a prayer room. The hotel also is near the high way so leaving Makkah is actually very easy. To be honest if I ever come Back to Makkah I would stay in this hotel over and over just for the positive experience.

Every thing was positive and above expectations.

Cleanness at the property was appreciable. Facilities like parking, toiletries, water, Tea cattle with tea and coffee was very good. It is around 15 minutes walk away from Haram. Housekeeping staffs were very polite and cooperative specially Mr. Yousuf. Hotel provides shuttle service since the hotel is bit upside on hill.

Provision of microwave will be an additional support.

I didn’t have a breakfast from them. I didn’t remember if the breakfast was included.

It’s on a hill. It’s hard to go up by your feet, especially elderly people. But there are golf carts available during the prayer times. I wish they have more than 3. The golf carts is shared by three hotels on the hill.

Please read if you are searching a great budget hotel in Makkah in Hizrah road. It's going to be a long review. I didn't see much Bangladeshi people in this hotel so far. Only Indian, Pakistani, Afgani and some other middle east tourists were seen. The trio hotels in the hilltops of Hizrah area are very good hotels. Very clean area. Roads are very neat. Hotels environment and surroundings are eye catching. But the supporting staffs are very cordial and helpful. Very much happy with their efforts and services. The lift area which is very much crowded during salat times specifically after Isha salat. They have 5 lifts and no queue management thus people used to push you unnecessarily to get in the lift in rush hours. There should be lifts with odd and even numbers of floors that can avoid this sort of situation and need some guards as well.

They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth, checking in on us frequently and making sure we were comfortable throughout. Their professionalism and hospitality truly made a difference.

One major downside of this hotel is the rude and unhelpful reception staff. They were not courteous, barely understood English, and showed no willingness to assist with customer inquiries. It was extremely disappointing to be treated in such a manner, especially at the front desk, which should be the face of hospitality. While the overall service from the other staff members was excellent, the experience at reception left a negative impression. If management improves the attitude and communication skills of the reception team, this hotel could provide a much better experience.

My stay was incredible experience. They provided excellent hospitality, and the cleanliness and comfort were outstanding. The rooms were well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. A special shoutout to the Room Attendant Mahdi and Tufail and Housekeeping Supervisor Shahid, Tarek for their exceptional service in maintaining the room. They were always polite and prompt in making sure everything was perfect. Asst. Manager Zahid Ali ensured that everything ran smoothly, and his attention to detail made my stay even more comfortable.
