The hotel is amazing and has all the mod cons one would need, it has a small kitchenette and large fridge, beds are comfortable the rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and clean towels are provided daily along with what ever you need such as shower gels, shampoo, tea coffee, toilet rolls and boxes of tissues. Some hotels don’t provide this on a daily basis but this hotel does and it makes a massive difference and also they give you free three bottles of water daily or more on request.

Amazing location. Definitely hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly Br Muhammad who is doing his best to help as much he can Mashallah. Asian restaurants are also nearby from here. Very affordable pricing wise and a best place to stay.

Location is excellent, I’d less than 10min simple walk on a flat street full of shops and restaurants. The hotel is well under rated , rooms are excellent for the price Staff are very respectful and helpful, my thanks to Mazen in reception and Karen in room service

The only thing was window which was not completely closed some maintenance issue. And bathroom shower area drainage was taking long.

the most of the things about this hotel was great compared to the value.the location, cleaning, other facilities, etc was upto mark alhamdullilah. most importantly at this price, this kind hotel with this location is very promising.

after 2 day, our AC was not working, when i informed the mechanic came promptly and repaired it. but he could not check it after repair as we stay most of the time in haram. so the ac was not cooling enough. we also did not complain more as we just in very rush time to go and come back from haram alhamdullilah.

10/10 for the staff. The staff was very professional, friendly, polite and willing to help. I wish the staff spoke English but it was not a big issue, every time I asked for help they would help one way or another. I asked the guy at the reception for guidance about traveling to a certain location. We couldn't communicate properly because of the language barrier but he turned on his smartphone and translated the text from Arabic into English for me to understand and he was on a break, but still willing to help. The room was clean and had everything you need in a hotel.

As soon as turned on the shower the bathroom flooded, turns out I didn't remove the lids from the drain :) I don't need many things to be happy living at a place but I have 2 small issues. 1. The internet would disconnect often and not work for a minute or two. 2. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was too much, every time I turned on the faucet the water splashed on my clothes. I learned to be careful soon.

It's a very nice hotel.Close to Haram .Only 10 minutes walk and to Masjid Al Haram and very reasonable price for its location. The hotel was fully equipped with all the facilities apart from the microwave in the room .we were very happy during our stay. I would recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect, just 10 minutes away from Al Haram, and at such an affordable price, it’s more than good. The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly. They allowed me to check in early and even checked out later than scheduled, which I really appreciated. Their flexibility made my stay even better. I will definitely recommend it and return in the future.

However, the WiFi was very weak, and the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable.
