Room service should be frequented Shuttle service needs to increased. Compared to other hotels, frequency was very less

Proximity to Masjid Alharam for value in Ramadan. There’s a bus available too. Rooms are nice and do the job as well as needs be for the level of hotel. It’s a 20-25min fast walk or 15min bus ride. Threw a nice little party on Eid for children. Also taxis can reach the hotel.

On last 10 nights of Ramadan, because of the amount of people, getting the bus to the hotel is nightmare. Like experiencing the black stone all over again. Walk back from masjid is uphill. Food could be better but compensated with restaurants nearby.

I like this hotel. First, at the reception they check in me as we arrived (around 15 minutes waiting) Raya manager. Thank you. Second, Arman (8 floor) thank you to you)) you gave me iron every time when I asked (iron was very matter for me)) Very good Wi-Fi Very silent at the room , nothing to hear from other room! Good location- many shops Polite staff, shuttle bus on time. I recommend this hotel with 100 %)) Thank you!

The Egyptian Manager who solved my problem for the 2nd time. This time he was able to give us rooms which were more appropriate for my family of six. The previous time, he refunded money for one room as we had booked two and only one was available.

This is the 2nd time we go there with booking and come to know on the reception that no rooms are available or one room is available against our booking of two rooms. The receptionists keep people waiting and not solving the issue which they have created by allotting our reserved rooms to other guests. There should be a check in the system, not to allow such things happening.

The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. One of the standout features was the convenient bus service to the Haram, which made it easy to visit without any hassle.

the breakfast options were somewhat limited, lacking variety. Overall, though, these issues didn't significantly detract from the positive experience.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms were quite spacious. Shuttle bus service is available.

Its quite a walk to haram. The road to haram from the hotel is very steep which takes more than 15 minutes. Shuttle service is not frequent so we had to wait longer. Taxis charge around 15-20 riyal. There is small cafe near the reception but all the time no one available. They provide complimentary water just for a day.

I liked a family suite 2 rooms together we stayed The lightings were good Haram is nearby 1200 miles Bus while going every 20-25 minutes I liked my stay overall

I didn't like while coming back from Al-Haram ... I stayed for 3 days I didn't got the hotel bus while coming back... I took a taxi for 15 to 20 Riyals..& family 30 Riyals -The toilets are small but it's okay -Only one hotel nearby (Pakistani)

The staff was very nice especially the man in the reception. His name was MOHAMMAD Simsim. If you are lucky to meet him at the reception then your going to have a pleasant stay.

I didn't like the arrival day. They gave us the wrong room. I told the receptionit was not my room. I booked a big room. They said its your room. Someone had the same first name as me and I told the reception my full name but They only saw my first name and thought it was my room. I was lucky my payment didn't go through. for the next day they told me your pay ment hasn't gone through. Then hey checked my booking and then they said this is not your room. At the end I got my room by the help of MOHAMMAD Simsim. There is some more things I didn't like but because of MOHAMMAD Simsim I'm ignoring those things. Thank you Mr Simsim.
