I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The services provided were of a high standard, and I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and hospitality of the reception staff. Their courteous and attentive approach greatly enhanced my overall experience. I highly commend the team for their excellent service, and my spouse and children had a great time. Housekeeping also maintained the room impeccably and were always courteous and attentive. Mr. Syful Islam Mr. Anisur Rahman Mr. Rakib Hossan Once more, I highly commend (5*) the entire team for their excellent service and attention to detail. Best Regards, Eng. Mohamed Nafrees

Very good suit, Clean, big rooms. Very comfortable beds Supervisor Mostafa from room service was a great person, very polite and caring. He will come to check if we require anything. Bellman Jabir helped us to bring down our luggage. Parking inside the hotel was available. 24 hours Bus is available
The phone number of the hotel was not working, only whatsapp but not 24 hours. I tried to reach them multiple times but not reachable. We forgot a toiletries bag in the room. It was very hard to reach the hotel. The person on whatsapp helped. After 2 days of communications, the bag was found, but 2 of the perfumes were not inside it. Hotel staff said we would search but were not found.

Great value for money, 2 bedrooms, living room and dining room with 3 bathrooms for 1/4 price of hotels around the Grand mosque. Shuttle service was excellent and convenient around the clock
Bus can be hard to mount and dismount for elderly people. Bus drop off near clock tower is a convenient 5 minute walk to the Harum- but might be difficult for handicapped people. People who push wheelchairs are available at the bus station.

The people working in the hotel are respectful and respond promptly. The location of the hotel and the bus arrangements from the hotel to Masjid al-Haram are also good and timely
If the kitchen is modified to a professional standard, travelers who come with their families, especially with babies, will be able to manage everything more easily. This change will be beneficial for the babies as well. I believe this will happen in the future

Reception staff Abdur Rahman was very warm and welcoming. Fast check in Fast elevators Rooms and bathroom were clean Good amount of toiletries provided
If you have a car, getting to the parking lot is a bit tough with the continuous shuttle buses coming in. The furniture (dining chairs and table) is a bit old, and one sofa was soiled.

Review: Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Service I recently stayed in a suite at this hotel in Makkah, and I must say it was a truly fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality exceeded all expectations. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, ensuring every aspect of my stay was comfortable. The suite itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully maintained. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping team ensured everything was spotless throughout my stay. It genuinely felt like a luxurious experience. The hotel’s location is also a major advantage. Reaching Masjid al-Haram was incredibly convenient, as the shuttle service runs directly from outside the hotel and gets you there in less than 10 minutes. This made it easy to attend prayers without any hassle. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while there was a wide variety of options, it may not entirely align with the taste preferences of Pakistani travelers. That being said, the quality and variety of food were commendable. For those craving authentic Pakistani cuisine, I recommend using the Hunger Station app to order from a restaurant called Café Student—you’ll find all the flavors and dishes reminiscent of home. The value for money was exceptional. The price I paid for the suite and the services I received were comparable to what one might expect from a high-end hotel like Pullman, but at a much more reasonable cost. To anyone considering a stay in Makkah, I highly recommend this hotel. It offers outstanding service, convenience, and comfort that make it a top choice for visitors. I look forward to staying here again during my next trip! Thank you for making my stay so wonderful and memorable.

The rooms are spacious and amazing. Clean and tidy. Staff is friendly. It is very convinent with the shuttle to go to Harram. On the way back, you can take any bus back but you need to communicate with the driver to stop at the stop. Usually, drivers are a bit unfriendly to stop here but if you request and ask, they will stop. Elevators are great. I was staying in Tower 2 and it was almost fully occupied. At any time, I never had to wait more than 30seconds to get the elevator and I never had to share with many other poeple. For the value, it is great hotel. I had room on 21st floor and the room service support person Mustafa was extremely friendly and coorporative. I will always stay again happily.
Before check-in, you can not reach the hotel. I tried with Booking.com. I also tried calling, it was impossible to reach the hotel. I did not like it. Over the period of time, some stuff in hotel is degrading and need maintenance. For example, carpets might need some cleaning. Elevators internal decoration is degrading and need some cleaning. If you really take a close look, you feel things need improvement. Shuttle Bus on return after namaz is too crowded. You might want to make schedule and come back after 1hour of prayers. Then all is great

My friend and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Saja Makkah Hotel. We had a wonderful suite with comfortable beds and two large bathrooms, which was very convenient. The suite also included a kitchen, adding to our comfort. We initially stayed at the hotel for four days before traveling to Medina, and then we returned for the rest of our trip. Dr. Mohammad at the reception was incredibly kind and helpful. A special highlight was that the hotel safely stored our luggage while we were in Medina, which we greatly appreciated. The location was also excellent – very close to the Haram. Buses departed right in front of the hotel every five minutes, and it was just one stop to the Haram, making transportation very convenient. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Mohammad and the entire team for their support, especially on our last day when they helped us find a taxi to the airport despite the challenges of Ramadan, when availability was very limited. Given the excellent value for money, I would definitely book here again for my next stay in Makkah.

Very cooperative and welcoming staff — right from the security guard to all other departments. Their service has significantly improved compared to the previous management. The hotel is neat and clean, with a convenient shuttle bus service and suitable parking facilities for local travelers. Overall, a much better experience than before. Highly recommended!
Overall, a pleasant stay with helpful staff and good facilities. However, some of the furniture, especially chairs, could use repair or maintenance. Addressing this would improve guest comfort even further.
