My stay at the hotel was good. The two rooms were comfortable and well equipped. Especially Irfan, one of the cleaners at the hotel, was very helpful. Every day, he provided great service. He made sure both rooms were always clean. His work was excellent, and he made sure everything was in perfect order. He was always available when we needed something, and he helped us with great care and attention. As for the location, it’s really good. It’s only a 12-minute walk from the Haram Mosque, and there’s no slope, just a straight line. There are plenty of restaurants, fast food places, shops, and supermarkets nearby as well.

I liked the hotel,everything was good. However, the bathrooms need to be changed. They’re really small and not comfortable.

The hotel is in a good location and the food served at the restaurant is excellent.

The bathroom is not well equipped and you will not get the soap shampoo unless you ask them for it.

LOCATION IS NOT VERY NEAR IT IS MORE THEN 1KM THEY MENTIONED VERY NEAR WHICH IS WRONG WHEN YOU PERFORM UMRAH DIFFICUTL TO WALK ALL THE WAY TO END OF IBRAHIM AL KHALEEL STREET. ... MAKKAH TOWER IS NOT HARAM... SO DONT TELL ME IT IS NEAR BY MAKKAH TOWER

The hotel was at a good location with easy access to haram (10 mins walk) and taxis outside the hotel, staff were excellent and very helpful and accommodating. The lobby was grand with plenty of seating. The price I paid was value for money for 2 double rooms. I would defo recommend this hotel

the only downside was the bathroom. shower tray needs to be deeper so that water does'nt overflow on the floor although it has a drainage. basin tap could do with better flow/faucet so that water in not splashed but these are minor.

Everything was perfect. Staff were very polite and useful. Facilities were good. Rooms even had air conditioning which is essential in the heat.

It is about a 10 minute walk from the masjid which can get tiring but along the way you go past a street full of stores so it's not that bad.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. 15 min to haram. Contains cool and calm Coffee space.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near Haram, which was a huge plus. The only minor issue was that the shower area was a bit small, but it didn’t detract much from the overall experience. A good choice for a comfortable and clean stay!

-ive stayed here for the third time, everything in this hotel is upto the mark as per the pricing & its location. -staff is coprative & helpful. -distance from hotel to gate 79 is around 12min walk. -hotel is surrounded by alot of resturants, laundries, marts & souvenier shops. -taxi is almost available 24/7 right outside the hotel. (except praying hours, as the road is closed during pray hours) -ziarat buses are available right outside the hotel.

-cleaning staff is abit lazy, no daily cleaning. -guests keep there trash bags in the corridor & trash is only removed once in 24hr, so corridor looks nasty all day long.
