The service was excellent..the receptionist is so welcoming and the staff are so friendly and helpful. internet wifi is one of the best iv had since i been several hotels before but ther internet wasnt strong enough. the location is good a 15 minutes walk to the haram shareef. really good hotel..would like to stay again In'shaa'Allah.

i had only 2 problems that i would like to address to the hotel management. the rooms are not sound proof which made it difficult for us to sleep in the night or day due to neighbours noise. we didnt complain to staff because nearly all the rooms on the floor wer exactly the same. so didnt think it would make any difference..i think thy need to fix that. also there was a road right next to wer our room was located, the taxis stand there so theres always too much noise day and night of horning the cars.so its not nice if u want peacefull sleep. if thy can make the windows more sound proof and the walls. this will be the best hotel to stay in.

- Clean and spacious room - Provided all amenities as advertised in booking.com - Ample power outlet sockets (including bed side sockets) - Room service everyday - Replenished water bottles and other consumables daily - The brother at the reception allowed us to check-in early at 9:30 AM, even though the check-in time is 4 PM. May Allah abundantly reward this brother, and reciprocate him by granting him an early access to Jannah Overall, if you can brave the walk and overlook a few limitations, the hotel is a great budget solution with the ambience and comfort of a four star.

- Breakfast taste was average - Wifi was so poor that even a newspaper page would not load, let alone YouTube - Toilet was super clean but always had a persistent bad smell - Towel quality can improve - Quite far from Haram, especially if you wish to pray inside the King Abdullah expansion. Walking briskly, it takes 30 minutes to reach the prayer area from the hotel room. Think twice before reserving this hotel if you are making umrah during summer,  when Makkan climate is very hot and humid

The hotel was nice for the money. The room was clean and nice. The bathroom shower area should be fully covered with the glass door as the water was coming out of the shower area. The cleaning service was good and the service staff was very cooperative. The breakfast for the price was good. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

The bathroom shower area should be fully covered, so the water remains inside the shower tray, as the whole bathroom is getting wet with the water.

The availability of the breakfast, it was difficult to go out for Suhoor during Ramadan and find some eating options, so the availability of the food/breakfastwas a big plus in this price. Location is good if you are young/male/group of friends as it was in my case bcz its 15 mins. walk to the Masjid Al-Haram, but can be tricky during summers specially with elderly or kids. If you can easily walk for 15 mins. regardless of the weather conditions it really worths.

Need to improve cleaning in bathrooms or probably they require refurbishment as the tiles and equipment looks dirty and filthy. My bathroom Exhaust Fan was not working and there was no other ventilation in the bathroom.

This was my first experience staying in this hotel since last 11 years & I regret not booking it before now. This hotel was simply excellent & a great value for money. Here, I would specially mention the excellent professional services by the staff right from the reception desk to other areas. I will never forget the great gesture & hospitality shown by Mr. Yasser on reception desk. Thank you all for making our trip a great memorable experience.

It was a wonderful, wonderful hotel for the price I had paid. A genuine 4 star, pristinely clean hotel with spacious room featuring all the amenities as promised. The room had bed side power outlet sockets as well as a window and a mini seating area with two chairs and a small table. Hotel rooms as well as corridors are carpeted. Check-in was fast. And what topped off the stay was the genius offer of free breakfast.

No matter what temperature I set, the room was freezingly cold

I requested a late check-in as my flight was reaching after midnight. The hotel staff was very accommodating and ensured it was a smooth check-in. Unfortunately, we were so tired that we missed the breakfast. I was there for only 1 night with my family. However, I will definitely go back because the location is excellent on Ibrahim Khalil Road, very close to restaurants and approx 20 minutes' walk to the Haram. I had forgotten my smart watch at the hotel, and when I went back very late at night, they had kept the watch safe and handed over without any fuss. I am so grateful to the staff.

Maybe there should be more light in the room.

It was really a nice place to stay in. The staff were really nice. The location was around 10 minutes walking to Haram. There were a lot of restaurants nearby. It's definitely worth it with the money. The price was really reasonable compared to the service and location. It's highly recommended for young people.

Everything was good with the booking of the hotel to the stay at the hotel, unfortunately the WiFi lets it down as they was no WiFi available in the room and the kids we not happy about

The hotel is 10 to 12 minutes to Haram an easy walk. The staff are very friendly and very helpful... Yasser and Aisha helped ..they are so helpful...they made my stay so fun and easy. I recommend this hotel and I am sure the staff will surprise you. They are very professional and very helpful...ask for Yasser or Aisha..they will make your day when you really need it.

I didn't like the hallway smell...I think some tenants cooked or smoked..not really sure what caused that bad smell in my hallway.
