Great location, clean, new and modern. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the awesome staffs especially Kholod and A’laa who were exceptionally efficient n good in their work. They speak good english n were very accommodating. Kudos to the great staffs!! I read some previous complaints about the lifts being slow but never has I experienced any problems with the lifts. I guess you just gotta properly plan your timing to avoid peak hours. Overall, my family n I really enjoyed our 6 nights stay here. Will definitely come back if they maintain their good service 👍🏻👍🏻

Location was incredibly good for the value. Especially I must say Bangladeshi staffs are exceptionally good and helpful. I must say Alamgir and Selim, Mehdi they are super good. My family really enjoyed staying in the hotel

I would say shower could have one curtain or glass door to stop splling water all over the place.

The room service staff at level 17 not friendly when we ask for coffee, tea, mineral water every day for 2 weeks stay. Poor wifi coverage in the room.

The hotel is within 5min walk from the Haram surrounded by gift shops, food, laundry and easy access to transport. The bustling environment is the epitome of everything that Makka has to offer. On arrival at the athaan of fajr, check in was swift and we could still make it to the Haram for fajr salaah on time. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the Ebrahim Al Khalil bustle of bargain shopping, delicious choice of foods and most of all the location - for the value for money - I would highly recommend this hotel for budget travellers.

True to middle east bathroom facilities, the bathroom having no shower curtain or petition, it always stayed wet. But this was not of great concern as the cleaning staff was always willing to clean up.

Staying at Worth Elite Hotel during my pilgrimage umrah to was an exceptional experience that exceeded all expectations. Situated just a mere 10-minute walk from Gate 79 of Masjid al Haram, the hotel's proximity to the holy site was incredibly convenient, allowing me and my family easy access to perform Umrah. The true highlight of my stay was the unparalleled hospitality extended by the hotel staff, particularly Brother TUFAZZAL from housekeeping and Brother MEHDI from the front-of-house team. Their attentiveness and warmth made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our time there. As for the accommodations, I was thoroughly impressed. Room 102 boasted a breathtaking view of the iconic clock tower and offered a vantage point from which I could observe pilgrims making their way towards the gates—a sight that truly enriched my spiritual journey. Additionally, the room's layout was designed with convenience in mind, allowing for easy access via stairs and minimizing reliance on elevators. The amenities provided, including the comfortable bed, really efficient air conditioning top notch, and well-maintained shower facilities, further contributed to the overall comfort of my stay. Hotel feels like has been renovated to good standard. But i must mention the hotel's standout features is its prime location within a predominantly South Asian area, where one can find a plethora of Asian restaurants and shopping options right at the doorstep—an added convenience for travelers seeking a taste of home away from home. In conclusion, Worth Elite Hotel offers incredible value for money, boasting an unbeatable combination of proximity to Masjid al Haram, top-notch facilities, and unparalleled views.

It was the most comfortable and budget friendly umrah journey because of the stay in Worth Elite Hotel. I stayed with my spouse and 2 kids and we got a room with 4 beds. The room was spacious enough along with the accessories. It was neat and clean and staff was highly cooperative. The washrooms were also neat and clean. And the best thing is that it is really close to Haram with almost 10-12 min walk. We would definitely book it again on our next Umrah journey in shaa Allah.

Ladies at reception are friendly and very helpful solving issues quickly during stay and providing good local tips. Hotel and rooms are clean and rooms of fair condition. Room service attend daily (although this should be the norm, it is mentioned due to service levels at other comparable hotels). Haram is 10 minutes walk flat road. Bailmen are helpful with bags. 3 lifts- readily available. Water pressure and temperature are ideal

Road leading to hotel can be closed around prayer time preventing taxi access so take into consideration when arranging for lugguge transfer to taxi. The bigger guy at reception is quite obstructive and unwilling to solve any issues- simply avoid him. No toiletaires apart from big fixed shampoo and shower gel containers, which is not expected from such room rate, we paid what was equal to £240 per night to you'd expect a fully serviced and stocked room. No hair dryer either and reception couldn't provide it, or iron.

We had a room of 3 for 5 nights and the hotel and its staff were really amazing. The location is great 5-10 min walk to Masjid Haram. Plenty of shopping and eating options are available nearby. Will Be Back On 16th Inshallah Overall Thumbs Up

Upon arrival, the receptionist quickly got us checked in to our room without any issues. We did have an issue where our room was not ready when we got to the room but was quickly resolved. The room was spacious and cleaned regularly by a gentleman by the name of "Monaal". He looked after us throughout our stay with advice and pointers . A true asset to Worth Elite Hotel . Location idel an oly a 6-8 mins walk away for the Haram-sharif . I will be a returning customer for sure . Thank you to everyone at the Hotel for making our stay a pleasant stay .

Could do with more lifts as at times had to wait for 5 - 8 mins
