Close to haram, buggy service

Bathroom wasn’t very clean, hygiene wasn’t the best could see insects coming out the drains

Starting from the Staffs, they welcomed us nicely, all of them including the buggy service are super helpful, friendly, and available. Buggy ride is available 24/7 and they help from the heart. Thumbs up for the buggy car service! 👍 They also helped us with getting a taxi. Although some of them don’t really speak english, as we live in a digital era, online translator worked just super fine and wifi available in receptionist and hotel room. Communication also worked through WhatsApp just fine. I would like to thank them sincerely. Water and coffee/tea are available in the receptionist. The room was clean, comfortable and in general has a good price-quality ratio. AC was super strong, so we tried to open the window and it worked just fine and even better ventilation through the window rather than AC. We saved much electricity 😂. Bathroom was also clean and fine. The room might be compact for 3 beds but we spent much more time in Masjidil Al Haram anyways, so it was perfect for us. Although the location of the hotel is a bit hidden and up the hill, it was only confusing in the beginning. As said they have buggy car to bring us down/up hills, so it was convenient. And the rest is just around 6 minutes to the Masjidil Haram gate. All in all very good and would like to come back.

The best thing is it is super close to Masjid Al Haram. We would usually leave hotel when we hear adhan and would reach Masjid before prayer start. You can easily pray all prayers in Haram. Rooms are very small as with all similar budget hotels, because the value is location, not room size. But clean and has facilities like refrigerator. They have free water bottles, tea and coffee facility available for all guests!

It is on a very steep slope, so could be a problem for elderly people. However they have shuttle that picks and drops for the main road. Always available when leaving from hotel, then you have to text them to send shuttle when you want to go back to hotel.

I loved the location because it is so close to Al Haram, 5mins walking distance n u can enter from gates 89-90... N of course they have everything next to Al Haram: Grocery shops, offices to get local SIM cards etc... The ride to Haramain Train station gonna cost u around 35-40SAR by taxi. It is like 20mins away. Btw a guy at reception assisted me with getting a taxi n was putting a rush on it, so i dont miss my train. It was so kind of him. Also, when I was very tired to look for dining places around, in the evening, another staff member from reception went with me to the hotel next to them n got me access for the dinner for a very good price. I made it a habit n was dining only there after ). I would like to mention that all staff members that i was communicating with were helpful n pleasant. Thank u!

U may find the rooms small, u can barely find a place to pray actually, but why would u pray in the hotel when Al Haram is right down the road, so it was not a problem for me )). Almost all stuff in the room are outdated but it is functional, so "pass" for me. However sometimes i was afraid it would stop working or would get broken while I am using it lol

The staff there are friendly and nice people. They are helpful and too polite. The location is very close to Haram. There is a golf car to get you inside and outside the hotel as it is on a hill. Amazing staff who helps the residence. Even when we intend to leave to Jeddah they facilitated a car to deliver us with affordable budget

A little bit high. More appropriate for youth more than old people. Anyway they have a golf car to avoid walking up and down.

It was very close to Haram, only 5 min walk but the hotel is located on a hill. the hotel had a golf car that took you up and down the hill which was very good. Would recommend using golf car if elderly person. They also very kindly took us with the golf car up a hill to where we were leaving from. Towels provided Room was clean Hotel staff very friendly and let us leave our luggage there until it was time for our flight Free water in lobby Mini market under hotel Would recommend stay there

The room was a little small but it wasn’t an issue.

The guy in the front desk was exceptional, he is accommodating to us. We encounter some problem with the taxi driver but he manage to guide us till we reach the area. Big thumbs up brother. The hotel is a walking distance away from Masjid Haram, and the hotel provided a mini transpo going to the main road, since the area was bit on top. We came there as a group and we are lucky because they provided extra mattress without paying additional charge. Thank you for that. The room was a little bit small but its nice and comfortable. Also, since we arrived in the area at around 0100h, they allowed us to stay for extra hours the next day without additional cost. Overall, my stay with my friends is comfortable and affordable. 👍🏻

location is very near to Haram, that is the best benefit in that hotel , saves time and efforts specially with the family

only the size of the room is some how small for a family although the beds are sufficient.
