My stay at Le Meridien Hotel in Makkah was truly memorable. The hotel’s excellent location, just a short walk from the holy Haram, makes it a prime choice for both pilgrims and tourists. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which added a touch of luxury to my stay. The rooms themselves are beautifully appointed, blending modern amenities with traditional elegance. The attentive and professional staff further enhanced the experience, always ready to assist with a genuine smile. Dining at the hotel was a delight, with a diverse range of options catering to various tastes. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, featuring a generous selection of fresh and tasty dishes. In summary, Le Meridien Hotel in Makkah offers a luxurious stay with exceptional service and a prime location. I would rate it 9/10 and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Housekeeping service was awesome. Mohammed Hassan is doing great to keep the room clean and was quite helping and soft spoken. Mohammed Albaghdadi at the reception was very helpful during checkout and giving good information to get around.

wonderful. SO close to al-haram, depending on which entrance, anything between 50-150 meters. comfortable bed. daily cleaning! great buffet breakfast. Because it is not too big nor too small, it can provide great elevator service, as opposed to tower clock. very helpful multilingual staff: arabic, french, english, etc (Love you my Moroccan brothers!). true hospitality. Nice view from the room. There is prayer hall if you just want to join the congregational prayer from the hotel. very suitable if you bring an elderly. great shopping opportunities around. taxis are abundant. Oh Allah, grant me the opportunity and means to repeat my stay here!

Location near to Haram by walking distance around 5 mins. It's not a massive hotel, so the walk from the room through the lift and out to Haram was quick and simple. The best experience during our stay was the complimentary Iftar provided by the Staff Moussa, who is also very friendly and cooperative. The Iftar spread was fantastic, delicious and amazing. Not only it's so good, it saves the time from queuing for food if we had to buy ourselves. There is a prayer room located just next to the restaurant that made our iftar experience so enjoyable.

The hotel interior is dated and tired. Bathroom shower water pressure wasn't great. The room only has 1no. 3-pin socket that is common to KSA. The other sockets are the 2 pin Euro type which I find it strange.

The hotel is just a short walk from the Haram, no more than 5 minutes away. It offers easy access to one of the gates for those performing Umrah (Ground Floor Mataaf) and is also close to the ramp leading up to the first and second-floor Tawaf areas. The hotel exceeded my initial expectations. The staff were extremely helpful, even accommodating an early check-in despite no prior notice. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel WiFi was speedy, and the staff were kind enough to let me use different areas, such as the restaurant and the meeting room, where I could join my online classes without any issues. I traveled alone and stayed in a single queen bed room. It was extremely spacious, stocked with complimentary water and hot drinks, and also came with a personal iron and ironing board. The lobby features a spacious lounge area, and the numerous lifts ensure minimal waiting time to access your room. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a taxi roundabout, making it easy to travel to various sites. It is also close to the Clock Tower, which offers a wide range of dining options.

From the moment I stepped into hotel,I knew I was in for a treat. The elegant lobby immediately set a luxurious tone. My room was a comfort, with a plush bed, crisp linens, and clean . The bathroom was equally impressive, boasting supplement's like soap cream etc. The hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance of al haram. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and accommodating. I particularly appreciate Muhammad Israfil housekeeper who was a great nice warm welcoming fellow. Smile every time we meet him. As he is really genuinely love the people I also enjoyed the hotel's cleanses with beautiful smells was a highlight of my stay. Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable stay.

Bus stops at the right front of the entrance which very unprofessional.

We were given a family suite instead of a double room, which we had booked. The continental breakfast was very delicious. They also threw in a complementary dinner as a bonus. The best thing is location which is only 3-4 minutes walk from Haram.

We cannot think of any negative. But our request for slight extension in checkout could not be accommodated.

I swear not for a single moment did I feel like I was in a hotel. from the hospitality and reception, it truly felt like I was at home, surrounded by family. From the gentleman at the entrance, to the luggage staff, to the truly exceptional front desk team, words simply cannot do them justice in expressing my gratitude and appreciation. The warmth of the welcome, the farewell, and the entire stay was beyond wonderful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. God willing, we will be back very soon. I highly recommend this hotel. And it's just steps away from the Haram, right by King A dulaziz Gate.

Le Meridien Makkah is located very close to Haram and just a few minutes walk. Room was spacious and the room allocated to me by the front desk manager had a Haram View which is great. The overall ambience is good and I will be happy to stay there again.

Lobby needs to be redesigned and upgraded. A lot of space which has some retail outlets etc. Expansion and refurbishment of Lobby will make a great deal of difference and ambience. Breakfast had a wide variety of food items and served at the 21st floor with panoramic views of Haram which really added to the experience.
