Aziza Baleela: She was not co-operative to extend our check out. After staying 12 Nights, she could have been more accommodating to our extended check out. She was very unfriendly and rude, uncaring. We went to meet her in person at the reception on the day of the check out and requested for a 4;00 PM check out. She declined and we were very heart broken. However we were able to do it by calling from our room and requesting the person on the phone. I wish I did not go to her. I wish Abdul Aziz Mohammed was there.

I recently stayed at Hilton Suites Jabal Omar in Makkah with my 65-year-old mother for a 3-day Umrah trip, and the experience was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff showed remarkable hospitality and care, especially toward my elderly mother, which made our stay even more meaningful. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest advantages—just a few minutes’ walk to the Haram, with easy access through escalators and shaded walkways. This made it incredibly convenient for us to attend prayers without any hassle, which was a huge relief, especially for my mother. Our suite was spacious, quiet, and very clean, with a beautiful view of the Holy Mosque. The beds were comfortable, and the overall ambiance was peaceful—perfect for rest and spiritual reflection. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, with options to suit all tastes. The staff were polite, professional, and always ready to assist. Whether it was arranging a wheelchair, housekeeping requests, or simply answering questions, they were always helpful and respectful. I highly recommend Hilton Suites Jabal Omar to anyone visiting Makkah for Umrah or Hajj, especially if you’re traveling with elderly family members. It truly added comfort and peace of mind to our spiritual journey.

I booked for my mother and she wanted to change her room and the reception person was VERY accommodating and Helpful and assisted her with a better room and with a better view despite it being fully booked during Ramadan and I really appreciate the reception helping my mother

Apologies in advance for any spelling mistakes of names Housekeeping Shahadat Hossain Reception desk: khulut (lady that checked us in) , khairiyyah, and two others that I didn’t catch the names of. Restaurant: Salah, his manager Mustafa. Also had guest relations checking with us to see if all was well. Room was ready for us prior to the published check in times, check out was also relaxed. All in all very very good service and standard of the hotel was fantastic. My children really liked the hotel and facilities too. Look forward to coming back again soon.

Location is very good. We are happy to be upgraded so we get a partial view of the haram. The breakfast spread is also good with good service staff.

Unfortunately, the bed is lumpy, the pillows are too soft that we get a headache and the hotel does not have firm pillows to give us. Instead housekeeping stuffed 2 pillows into the pillowcase. This is definitely not what we expect from Hilton. Also, the housekeeping staff laid ragged floormat that tears at the edge. The next day he did not change the mat after cleaning the bathroom. We had to call him to change it. Also, the design of the bathroom is a little ridiculous. The basin height is suitable for children only and the toilet is literally next to the door!!

The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, making check-in and any inquiries a breeze. Special thanks to Ahsan Ullah from the cleaning staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He ensured our room was always stocked with essentials like fresh towels, clean sheets, additional toiletries, and was always thorough in his work. Additionally, the bellman was incredibly helpful, arranging a taxi for us and loading our luggage with care. The location is unbeatable — the hotel is literally right next to Masjid al-Haram, so it only takes a few minutes to walk over, making it incredibly convenient, especially for prayer times. There’s also a shopping center right below the hotel, which makes it easy to grab a meal or pick up gifts and essentials during your stay.

I have tried multiple hotels around the Haram, and this is the only hotel that I happily stayed in twice. I can confidently say that it is a perfect place to stay in. Starting with the reception staff who are always kind and welcoming, and special thanks to Mr. Mshari Al-Rhaili who treated us with unparalleled kindness and care. Moving to the restaurant starf who are also very helpful and would happily assist you without even asking for their help, in addition to a great variety of food. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Lastly, the place of the hotel and the distance to AlHaram is perfect and extremely near. A perfect stay, very happy to recommend it.

Checkin in was very easy. Special mention to Dunya who was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Communication with her was very easy and clear. Even though we were on the top floor, we had no issues with lifts and having to wait too long. There was a bank of 6 lifts available, so little to no waiting time. The location was excellent, easy to get to the Haram and the gates required. There is a mall attached to the hotel, which has a supermarket, retail shops and a food court with many options. Stayed in a one bedroom suite with 2 baths and a lounge. Was very spacious. Cleaners were also very attentive to needs and handled all requests promptly.

Breakfast started at 06:30, could start maybe at 06:00. Bathroom had solid bar soap, would prefer liquid soaps for handwash, like the showers. Kitchenette did not have any cutlery and the stove did not work. Was only good for having a kitchen sink available.

The location is exceptional, really close to Gate 79. The partial view of Haram is spectacular. The check-in was easy and the staff was friendly looking after the comfort of the guests at arrival. No long time of wait at the elevators hall. The room and the bathroom is large enough and clean. The clerks are always there willing to help.

- The pressure in the ears inside the elevator in the lower floors. - The level of ease of getting in and out the room with the wheelchair. Despite the luxe, there is a feature that is always missing in all hotels. That is the hanging cloth dryer for the underwear; one needs to change the basic pieces repeatedly in this hot weather. The retractable clothesline inside the shower cabinet wouldn't do the job.
