I had a wonderful stay at Golden Quba 1 — truly a hidden gem! For such an affordable price, I honestly didn’t expect much, but it far exceeded my expectations. The place is cozy and well-kept, with a warm, homely atmosphere that made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. One of the biggest advantages is its proximity to the city center, making it easy to explore the area without needing long commutes. Despite being budget-friendly, the room and facilities were clean, functional, and thoughtfully arranged, creating a relaxing environment after a day of sightseeing. Whether you’re a solo traveler or visiting with family, Golden Quba 1 offers exceptional value for money. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap but quality stay near the heart of the city.

Shampoos, Toilet slippers, mats and towels are not provided properly. In the future, the staff should prepare these amenities. The socket is not friendly where far from the bed or sofa.

The room was large as was the bathroom, the staff were always friendly and helpful, free water and tea was available, it was quiet and the WiFi was good, I think it represents good value for money

It could do with being a little cleaner, the bed wasn’t that comfortable the A/C was a bit noisy.

The Availabilty are good. It is very easy to locate in the map. The cleanliness and safest of the area.

They did not prepare everything before the guess arrived. The shower is not ready for hot water specially this cold weather. Toiletries are not complete. They should also introduce the room and items to the guess. So that no need to call or ask.

Entrance is great Staff are very excellent and very friendly Helpful if you asked them any thing such as table or laundry or food arrangement or food or iron or any thing else . Giving tea for free Side to side by Reststurant, supermarket, coffe shop, laundry, and very close to heart of Riyadh

bathroom toilet cover was not that’s much good The bathroom shower tape got problems where it’s hard to close after shower . This is only at bachelors floors, family floors everything is excellent 😂

Gr8 location with wonderful staff , gr8 value for money , wonderful , staff ware very friendly, even they gave us update room with same price ..

The only things wasn’t there is little things . Like washroom brushes n shampo .. the rest was gr8

.i went for the cheapest room I could get in Riyadh,I always do,I travel so often I have to,listed funds,I was given a one bedroom condominium,with a kitchen and living room,fron desk very friendly and helpful,10/10

The room is clean simple very quiet and bright during the day The employees are very cooperative and respectful especially Mr. Amr who is helpful disciplined and prompt in requests I needed an electrical connection and they sent an employee with me to the room to verify the request and I was served quickly and carefully

Mr. sharif at reception has great skills and excellent delivery. Overall, well coordinated staff. all stuff required is provided. Apart from that hotel is well surrounded by basic emenities

Cleanliness and location in centre of riyadh is the main benefit of this Hotel. Staff is very good. Parking easily available. Everything important landmark is nearly 15 to 20 minutes of drive. Recommended for couple searching for economical and cleaned place for stay.

At first I was afraid to say because I am alone but the place very secure. It was clean. The location was good and accessible to all. I am taking my exam in alfaisal and it was near. Food services is also available. The staffs are approachable and very friendly.

I wish they could provide microwave and blower.
