The location is very convenient for my purposes, close to the ministry I work with and not too far from central areas. Close by, here is a supermarket and a nice seafood restaurant which is also very cheap. The wifi was very good and reliable, the room was very spacious and had a living room and a bedroom

It would be nice to have a shower curtain, otherwise the entire bathroom gets very wet after taking a shower. The reception staff speak limited English, but the guest relationship manager's English is good and he's great at handling all issues.

The food was very good and I loved the fact that while I was half board I was able to flip between evening meal or a lunch, which really worked for me as I was out for long hours

I would make available for more than two bottles of water a day as temperatures exceeded 45 dec also there should be complimentary coffee within the main entrance which i had to pay for.

Almost everything. The reception staff was so courteous and welcoming. They gave us a very nice room with a lovely view as we were travelling to riyadh first time. A gentleman at reception, i think his name was Khalid, was so warm and helpful. Best part especially for indians is that it is just next to Lulu hypermarket which has sarvana bhavan restaurent.

Nothing really…..just one suggestion. Pls keep atleast one Indian vegetarian dish in breakfast menu. The breakfast is good and has lots of items of vegetarians but the theme is largely Arabic food and some continental. Adding some indian flavor will really appeal your indian guests.

-Great location. There are supermarket, restaurants, bus station nearby. -Hospitable and friendly staff. Always happy to help. -Breakfast is not bad.

-Poor Wi-Fi connection. I stayed for more than a week. Maybe I was unlucky cuz during my stay not a single day I get satisfied with the wifi connection in my room. -Gym and swimming are not so pleasant. Very few facilities(tho it’s enough for me) and small pool(you wouldn’t want to get a dip inside). -Soundproof can be improved. I can hear noise from the street.

One of the Best hotel for its rating. The hotel had almost everything I needed ( shaving kit, dryer , slippers , iron , etc ) Also , my room was so spacious , my bed was so soft and comfortable I could sleep all day. Also , The hotel was value for money, not too expensive . There is restaurant and coffee shop at the lobby. It is close to Lulu hypermarket and other establishments. I'll definitely go back again if time permits.

Minor issues only : 1. Hallway was so dark, and it gives off a motel vibe . Try LED wall or floor lights if your main concern is to conserve energy. 2. Add cotton ear buds or toothpick to your personal grooming kits. 3. Structural defect in bathroom . Everytime I take a shower, water would spill off and spread close to the bathroom door . Perhaps construct a glass wall around shower area or raise the floor wall?

You can easily get a taxi the moment you step out of hotel. There are food and coffee outlets nearby. There is also a simple shopping mall with a big supermarket and many food outlets within 2 or 3 mins walks away. The staff's attitude is positive and they are polite. Special mention to Mr. Ibrahim at the reception counter. My compliments to him. He speaks fluent English; hence it was easy to communicate with him. I find him helpful and patient and he made the stay more pleasant.

More TV programmes and better sound insulation as it's next to main road.

1 The reception staff specially Mr Ebrahim, Mr Rizk and Mr Ahmad were very cooperative. 2. The concierge and house keeping boys were helpful. 3, The restaurant staff was exceptional.

1. The bath shower closet is poorly designed, very small, leaking water to the main floor, very slippery and has no protective bars in case one slips. The shower handle is of very poor quality. In short it needs urgent attention from the management.

The rooms were very spacious - but we did also receive an upgrade to a Junior Suite Wi-Fi was good - particularly in the rooms (had to change rooms because of a noisy fan,, and in that room (room 314) the wifi was none-existing) Staff was very accommodating - even gave us permission to come back late in the day on check-out day to catch a shower before we headed on our past midnight flight out of Riyadh

The room was very good. And good hospitality. The receptionist was super. I dont remember his name. But he was in the night shift. Should be Ahmed.

Toilets could have been better. They could have fixed closed shower cubicle.
