The hotel is conveniently located and rooms are large and comfortable. Wifi works quite well. Breakfast is good and varied.

Although breakfast is good, coffee is not exceptional, it should be possible to get espresso from the bar; the room doesn’t have much light protection; the bathroom is not very practical, in particular there is no separation for the shower so the floor gets all wet; almost no international tv chains, and only american and british available.

Breakfast was fabulous it contained alot of delicious varieties and dishes. Location was centered in the vicinity of all what a traveller may need Cleanliness was also super clean

The parked big tourism bus stopping in front the hotel and blocking the parked cars way out. Communication skills of some staff members need to be improved, such as greating,smiling, friendly responses as i noticed some staff was more serious

The hotel is located in a nice area, not far from touristic places, also a lot of places to eat and supermarket nearby. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. The room was really spacious, well designed and clean, the bed was big and comfy. Wi-Fi worked well. There is an option to buy a coffee and some snacks on the first floor which is really cosily. I like the stay in general, it is convenient and have all the basics of a good hotel. I like the friendly bellman who was trying his best to assist everyone and even if needed to translate, he assist on that. The food option was ok.

The washroom has small bottles of shower gel and shampoo, I think it is better to replace it with refillable ones to save the environment.

My hotel stay was wonderful! The facilities were great and had everything I could ask for. The entire place was impressively clean, and the breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of options. The staff was all so welcoming and helpful. Plus, it was so peaceful and quiet, which made my stay incredibly relaxing. It was a truly top-notch experience!

The hotel room and breakfast exceeded my expectations. Very clean, spacious room and with a wide window. The breakfast served to the room was huge, enough for two persons at least and with lots of varieties. The staff were professional and responsive.

The sound isolation is not bad but could be better. If a hotel in a quiet location is a no no for you, then you might reconsider 😉

Room was very big and clean. It was very nicely decorated. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast had big selection including fresh omelette station and beautiful pastries. WiFi strength in my room was perfect. Room also had a fridge and tea/ coffee facilities. Black out curtains were ideal. The staff were very kind and friendly. They arranged a seamless airport pick up for me and a late check out. 24 hour restaurant was helpful and food was nice and very good value and room service was available. It was very nice for a 3 star, it exceeded my expectations for a 3 star. Perfect for short business trip.

Only 2 English speaking TV channels but that wasn't a huge deal, I watched things on my phone with wifi. When the shower was used it flooded the entire bathroom floor which was not ideal. Restaurant seating is in the hotel lobby (except for breakfast which was level 7). My room had a connecting door to another room and I could hear people in the other rooms speaking which was disruptive on one occasion when trying to sleep at night time. There was not much around the hotel in terms of restaurant/cafes or shops.

Overall everything was fine the room cleaning and hotel services were excellent

The gym needs to be equipped with proper machines, As the swimming pool is indoors, it would be helpful to have windows that can be opened by users for better ventilation.

Over all was ok but Reception was not friendly. I arrived early and they refused to check in before 3PM and waited at the lobby 45 Minutes. First she told me check in 4PM and when. Shower her booking.com mail check in time 3PM. Then she agreed for 3PM.

One thing at the breakfast tables were low and difficult in eating

The female receptionist was so nice, responsive and reliable. Check in and check out was a breeze. The staff speak good english and are polite. The room is huge and clean. All the basic amenities are there. The room has the complete amenities a guest needs.

The business center wasn’t functional but the receptionist printed my docs for me for free nonetheless. Somehow the airport transfers the hotel offers are not available during my stay but Uber is working in Riyadh so it’s fine.
