The hotel is walking distance from the National Museum. The room is quite spacious and wifi works well.

It's not something i dislike but suggest the hotel to contact google map to match your English name with the name appears on google map. There's another hotel that shares the same English name as your hotel. The Uber driver actually took me to that hotel at first and I had to get another taxi to go to your hotel.

Looks better than on pictures, especially interior. Parking was free. Internet very good in a room and lobby. No noise from the streets, breakfast was local food, menu changed every day, generally very nice food.

We didn’t have hot water in a room fro two days which was frustrating, and management wasn’t responsive at all.

A modern, quiet hotel. The room was spacious with a firm but comfortable bed. The shower was great and the breakfast excellent (note I was here during Ramadan, however an excellent breakfast was brought to my room). The staff could not haven more helpful and friendly.

The room was not serviced at all during my three days. Not really an issue, although my bin was overflowing by the end. I’m not sure if the is was a Ramadan thing or I was supposed to request it? The room had just a very small frosted window, which made the room a little dark at times.

The hotel is very modern, well-decorated, and comfortable. The rooms are huge, clean, and safe.

the room I was given was facing the road. It is impossible to sleep with all the cars passing by all night. Impossible. I slept on the floor in the adjacent living room. Even though windows are double-glazed, the noise is still pretty intense and probably is passing through the gaps. Breakfast is good with a nice egg station but very few tables. I had to wait for five or more minutes with the plates in my hands. The cleaning efficiency of the staff after tables were vacant is very poor.

This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel because this is my favorite hotel in Riyadh for the ease of access to tourist places, the comfort of the spacious rooms, the excellent treatment by the staff, and finally the parking available at the hotel.

Everything is on it's place, every thing is arranged in elegant way. The room where spacious and clean. I stayed for 3 times already and every stay exceded my expectations.

I belive prices can go down little bit. I belive the food in the breakfast needs attention.

the breakfast is very good everyday 1 or 2 dishes are different. it's delicious and well displayed. the reception staff and the housekeeping are friendly and helpful. They will assist you in anything you need. They just need a little training that's all. the hotel is brand new so everything is clean and in good shape.

the only transportation is car/taxi. No other transportation you could use.

Location is perfect if you want to visit the historic points, within walking distance from the National Museum of Saudi Arabia which is very worth a visit. Nearby the Masmak Fortress and Al Murabba Palace. The room is spacious, and very clean. Good breakfast.

The rooms are not well isolated and I don't know if we just had bad luck or something but there were some very noisy people in the hotel. It seemed like they were having a party in the room. One of them rang our bell at 6 AM by mistake, the fire alarm went off at 4 AM due to someone smoking in the room.

Lovely spacious room. Amazing bathroom and delicious breakfast buffet. I will definitely return to this hotel. Despite that some staff did not speak English very well, they were trying their best to accommodate with a smile.

At check-in, it was difficult to communicate that I had a reservation with Booking.com. This resulted in being charged for one night and then called the next day when I was planning to check-out (despite that I said I have three nights). Language barrier but nothing that could not be fixed. What I really did not like was the fact that this is a non-smoking hotel but someone was smoking and I had the smell of smoke in my room twice which as a non-smoker was really not cool!

Rooms were cozy and comfortable. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Gym equipment are a bit outdated. Housekeeping would either forget to refill coffee or replace fresh towels but would immediately do so when called. Food options are limited for inroom dining.
