the breakfast was a good spread . I was orgaininzing an event there and I have to mention the extremely helpful Mr.Tayyab Riaz who was able to manage the food and the event very well. I would recommend the property to everyone.

Additional fragrance diffusers can be placed at multiple sites as there was a bad odour in some places. some areas of the hall can be redesigned to make the event organizer for the worth of the money they've paid.

It was a wonderful stay for 1 night during the eve of Christmas day! we experience the delightful coffee shop with friendly barista that catered our Choco marshmallow hot drink. upon check-in, also the receptionist was very accommodating and greet us with a fresh orange juice quencher. the Premium room was well kept and organized and smells clean and fresh. thumbs Up!

the complimentary breakfast was priced separately.

The hotel was located in strategic area,had so many facilities

On the 2nd night we experience some unpleasant situation. Where about around 2 AM, someone try to enter our room.. They banged the door and try hard to open the door because we connect the Key Chain lock from inside, the door almost open but it hold by the key chain..we scream outloud and they leave. Whether it is accidentaly or not,it is still unacceptable because how can they are able to open our door with their key? That accident made us realy shocked and made us hard to go back to sleep 😓😓

Staff are very warmth and helpful. Mohammed from Club Lounge is excellent with his job and customer relations. He extended his work time because we requested to stay in the Lounge until midnight hoping to see the New Year's fireworks. No spa amenities for my wife.

The room needs updating. Wallpapers are peeling off and stained with some tiny moulds.

The bed supposed to be extra large double bed But it's size dosn,t fit even twin bed There was a banner near the pool saying swimming under your own responsbility no savior it was very strange cause actually there was two

Dinner was good. Rooms are big.

There was a smell in the room.

I most likely the swimming pool because it was huge and the crystal clear water is very clean. The pool staff or the life guards are very attentive.

There are 2 things i didn't like, and that is the air-conditioning of our room in the Cabana area. The room that we have is not that cold given that we are in a summer season now and the hot temperature is really high. Me and my guest did not get a comfortable sleep due to heatness inside our room. Another one is the mini fridge in our room, it's useless because we put some bottled water for almost 6 hrs and yet the water is not cold. We are hoping to improve this 2 things i am disappointed to.

The staff ! Receptionist, concierge, coffee man. Especially Hutoon, Rawan, Majed and Mohamed ! Super friendly staff !

Everything was good. Even when there was noisy guests or when I had a problem with receiving delivery packages, the staff resolved it all immediately.

Excellent location, utmost cooperation ftom the reception and housekeepers, special thanks to Mr.Badr (one of the respected employees) for his helpful attetude and politeness

No coffee machine in my room, no mirror inside the room. Kettle also was not working
