I liked food, the staff’s attitudes, especially from the restaurant. The fact that we as a family we were able to utilise the swimming pool and had access to the gym. We came back because we had best experiences more than once before but this time even swimming pool water was not clean.

The pool area was not as clean as we experienced before, the carpets were dirty and there were no towels, as we got before. The sauna room was not clean. The bathtub was leaking water, and maintenance called but no fixing was done.

After a long 10 hours drive, I checked in to Gloria Inn Hotel. It took me a while to reach the hotel as there was a lot of traffic in Riyadh. Check in experience through booking.com was smooth. Great advantage is the basement parking. The lobby was nice and the staff was friendly, they could speak English. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The mattress and pillow were the most comfortable I have ever experienced. The view was not great because there is just the main road. Wifi, Towels, Tea Bags, Dental Kits, everything was available inside room. The washroom was neat and clean. The shower worked flawlessly and hot water was available.

The only drawback is the location of the hotel which is in the old area and has lots of traffic

The staff were very nice and helpful.... The location was perfect near the metro station and if you prefer active local area near the local market this is a good option for you... It is not much noise as it mentioned... Access for wheelchair available in reception

With this price usually hotels should offer breakfast....

Good Breakfast

As Hotel was booked including breakfast, The reception guy at Breakfast hall was hesitant & required approval / permission to take food into room (this was for an kid ). Found not comfortable for the above as it was for a kid (and you know kids take couple of hours to have their food) this should have taken into consideration.

The hotel has a great location, close to some interesting spots. The room was clean and spacious, and we had a great view. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Great value for money!

The WiFi connection was terrible. We had to ask for towels several times, so the service could be better.

Room is next to a highway, but soundproof window works wonder! Don't really feel the noise (a very weak low hum if you are very sensitive), but not disrupting my sleep anyway A functioning gym with enough range of equipment for simple work-out, but it only opens from 9-6 Walking distance to the Old Fortress and reasonable walking distance to the National Museum and Old Palace.

Not aware of eateries options nearby within walking distance, but there is an in-house quasi-Starbucks (which bears Starbucks logo and menu but definitely not the typical Starbucks vibe)

The staff were all amazing. Helpful, courteous, friendly. Hotel was clean with HOT water. Food offerings were tasty with good choices. Good amenities.

Traffic noise pretty constant even though my room was not facing the busy traffic flyover located in front of hotel. Interestingly, the dining room was exceptionally quiet despite facing the traffic. Breakfast was expensive compared to prices for lunch and dinner.

when we were there it was a good timing because it was not full. only a few guests were there. we were able to enjoy the pool and the gym.. the breakfast is good too, many choices of food.. and the rooms are clean. they provided basic toiletries and towels

the traffic going to the place.. the steam/jacuzzi room was closed other than that everything is well

Fantastic location, many shops near by as well as a prime location near to the Grand Mufti’s mosque. It’s a gorgeous hotel, great hospitality, very clean and comfortable and the facilities were great too. There were many breakfast options and I would definitely recommend. My family and I were very happy.

Cosy beds, clean rooms, the breakfast we ordered was delicious and abundant , the service in the restaurant and hotel in general was good. Comfortable check in and check out.

Location is a bit tricky. The traffic jams in Albatha road in front of hotel is continuous and the shortcut routes behind the hotel is either very narrow or closed or maintained.
