In this price range it was very neat and above expectations. Staff were nice, rooms were clean and breakfast was amazing. Room furnishings can be improved further and made more modern but for the price they charged it was amazing. Food was also good. Came with family for LEAP conference so took 2 suites.

Great location. Right next to a big mall. Service was great, although they didn’t pick up the phone when I arrived at the airport to check on my booking. Hotel was clean, smells great and looks amazing. Breakfast was very good and overall exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend it and will likely go back again.

Gym could use more equipment and staff should pick up the phone when called.

The ambience, the room and service was great. There is wifi, basement parking, room service, restaurant and kids play area. Reception staff Mr. Mohd and Ms. Hadela were extremely courteous. The hotel is not frequented by by asian and western expats, but these people made us feel special .

Breakfast menu remained same for both days of our stay. Very little choice for vegetarians in Restaurant. It will be great to provide individual dressing table on each room.

Everything was so good and perfect

It need more upgrade in the rooms and bigger toilets, more options of the breakfast and everything in the restaurant, location wasnt the best but its ok! But overall it was a satisfying experience!

Kindly note, that I am rating it as a 3 star hotel. The Reception Lobby is spacious, comfortable and welcoming. The bedsheets and towels are clean and fresh Breakfast exceeded our expectations with having all the essentials. Parking is ample in front and around the hotel

Furniture and the bathroom is showing its age, but I was told that the hotel is going through renovation and they are working at renovating the rooms gradually. A ramp is required for the front step in the hotel entrance.

Excellent location, comfy beds , spacious apartment. The best option in South Riyadh . Very close to AlQasr Mall , one of the best malls in Riyadh. Close to restaurants and coffee shops. Very cooperative staff specially Mr.Abdul Hakim who offered a free upgrade to more specious apartment. Special thanks to Mr.Abdul Hakim and Ms.Majeda for their support and professional work.

Receptionists are very friendly and professional. Staff are amazing, cleanliness and location for those who are looking for accommodation in Southern Riyadh.

Parking is too tight and the breakfast quality except for the egg station which is the game changer.

Poor Tv channels, Shall change tv's to smart tv. Bed blankets need to be changed as they are for winter, not summer

there are not mirror at bedroom. no. of tea pocket is 2 and also no. of cup is 2 and we are 4 persons in 2 room and that not enouph.

Nice, clean, comfortable place

A security deposit at check in seems unnecessary. And charging for children at breakfast is uncalled for when breakfast has been included in the booking.
