The breakfast offering was quite underwhelming, with very limited options available. The lack of variety and repetition of the same menu items throughout the day made the experience monotonous and disappointing. For a more enjoyable and satisfying experience, I would recommend incorporating a wider selection of fresh and diverse items, catering to different dietary preferences and regional tastes. Enhancing the overall quality and variety would significantly improve guest satisfaction. The staff at the reception was also not welcoming.

Excellent choice of continental and Arabic food breakfast, including egg station. Whole hotel in perfect Andalusian style. Staff very friendly.

As usual, staff takes away breakfast plate and cutlery once you stand up to get some more food/drinks. The international standard of crossing the cutlery to indicate that you have not finished yet is obviously unknown. Had problems to charge iPad and laptop with a charger that works flawlessly in Europe. iPhone worked. Maybe there is some wattage restriction by the hotel, or this 60 cycles disturb the charger, which was of course specified 50-60 cycles.

Reserved a junior suite room for family, surprisingly we found a very spacious living room, kitchen, and main room beautiful designed with Andalusian style. They provided washing machines in the unit so we could have laundry there. Check in was quick and swift, same with checkout process. The most notably from is the perfect location, as it is nearby Al Rajhi Grand Mosque, one of the most beautiful Masjid in Riyadh and we did Jum'ah prayer in this Masjid. we really enjoyed our short stay in Shaza Hotel.

True oasis in the middle of the Riyadh metropolis, full of style and amazing decor, extremely spacious and stylish room, complimentary dates and tea in the lobby, proximity to mosque, free shoe shine service, complimentary in room unlimited water, snack welcome package, fast WiFi, mini kitchenette, lots of storage, sun proof curtains, effective (but at little noisy AC), comfy and big bed, super clean, well upkeep

A little too far from the main attractions, staff could be way more kind and polite, closed currency exchange desk, only shampoo and no bath wash in bathroom, torn sheet on bed

During my recent stay at the Shaza Hotel, I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional service the management and staff provided. In particular, the dedication and professionalism of Ashiqe and Raza from room service, along with the attentive service of waiter Shakib, made my experience unforgettable.

In the hotel's restaurant, I was equally impressed by waiter Shakib's attentive service. His knowledge of the menu and his friendly demeanor enhanced my dining experience. He anticipated my needs and provided thoughtful recommendations, ensuring every meal was a delightful culinary journey.

Breakfast was great As I am Turkish, Turkish coffee was made every morning, especially after breakfast. Everything was available for breakfast. The only thing missing was Turkish tea.

Although I specifically requested a meeting room in the lobby, no meeting room was arranged. For 2 people it was said that we do not open a meeting room. In Antalya in Turkey, let alone 2 people in Antalya, even for 1 person, a large meeting room is allocated for the customer to work.

Bed was big enough and very comfortable and the room had everything we needed, spacious and comfortable

When we arrived the staff at the front desk weren’t kind or polite, we arrived early and ask for if we could do check in early, my husband and I were travelling with our baby daughter but they refuse without any consideration. And one of the outlets in the room next to the bed wasn’t working not ideal if you want to charge your phone

Customer support, called 1 day in advance and secured me early check in free of cost, thumbs up. Also reception staff were all nice and attentative.

Spa/pool - very poor staff attendance, one day of my stay from morning till afternoon changing room full of used towels, whirlpool and steam sauna off, staff employee not available and confusing timing and management of male/female hours.

Brand new hotel Very clean Very nice interior The gentleman at the reception upgraded me from a deluxe room to a suit without me even asking Breakfast is great with plenty of choices and the staff are very nice and helpful (Special thanks to the manager assistant at th restaurant, I don't remember his name and I feel terrible) The spa is fantastic, I had one of the best massages in my life thanks to the guy who works there (I believe his name is John?) I'll definitely come back

Nothing really that I didn't like But the hotel location is great if you're coming for business like me, but it is a bit far from the entertainment area.

Very professional staff especially at the front desk. We are a family and booked two rooms, got upgraded to suites upon check-in. The suites were very spacious. Loved the Andalusian interior in the lobby and the headboard in the bedroom. Location was relatively close to most areas we wanted in Riyadh. There’s a main entrance to the hotel and a back one both on different streets which made it convenient to get an Uber faster from either side. Definitely would come back especially if traveling with family.
