It's very clean and hygiene, well maintained, and more than value for money stay . Staff is quite nice and professional, speaciialy the manager javed is nice as a person apart from seems to be experienced into hospitality business , I recommend anyone who is willing to book the hotel can do so.

Really nothing to complain about , one small criticism is that it seems that the ac was really struggling to provide cooling probably due to the outside ambient temprature around 50 deg c , let the hotel management check and do maintenance of all air-condition speaciialy during summer

Staff , facilities cleanliness , reasonable price , mosque just opposite to hotel , ambient natural light was available in abandon

I stayed for one night along with family on two different dates , the room provided on the first stay was having a separate hall and bedroom along with oven for heating Facilities, however the second stay the room was single like studio with no oven Facilities, even though the price paid was similar , as a overall its very good place to stay

Room must be sound proof All the time outside sound was disturbing us even when they walk or talk outside. Even one time they were knocking next door but it was looks like they are knocking our door.

Rate is affordable although sometimes is a bit high from booking agency. Room size is big enough for two guests like the room i booked.

I booked for two adults but the towel provided is only one, also the disposable slippers is only one. Toothbrush is also one, this is just a minor issue but overall the hotel is very good specially for one night stay.

Shower has no cover, water is spilling all over the floor while taking a bath. Room is not sound proof, you can hear people talking outside the room.

Location is Easy direction from airport for nonresident first time in Riyadh Near by most of Services and government buildings Despite being in some how quiet district Unfortunately can’t experience such things if you didn’t rent a car

The cleanliness proximity to the market the quiet location. Pretty much everything! We would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Riyadh.

Location is very decent, old property but well maintained, rooms are spacious, staff is humble and responding, Juma mosque is just road crossing

Shops and restaurants are not available walking distance, but near, can be reached by car within 4 min distance. Toiletries are not sufficient, but arranged upon request

Everything was good 👍 the receptionist Hazem and Ahmed Basiuony are really good and kinds, special thanks to them. The location is good near everything you need.

The rooms were nice and clean and totally as mentioned in the photos. It was quite and peaceful and there was no smell or insects.

The only things I didn't like is the extra matress as they were very thin and not comfortable at all. If you are not planning to use extra matress than the place is great.
