Good location as its right on the highway. Easy connection to Industrial Area and airport. Washroom is clean and bed is comfortable. Room size is small though. All basic amenities for a business traveller is available. Place is near to coffee shops, fast food restaurants and stores. Staff is good. There is also an in-house coffee shop.

No meals facility. wifi is free but connection was really poor inside the room and is of concern. I did complaint but no one bothered to check. There is no breakfast option available. You can get food ordered though thru apps.

Location to my work place was ideal. It was a 10min drive even though traffic in Riyadh is like a grand prix race everyday. I did not have breakfast but I do know that the apartment does not cater for the overseas traveller.

The Hotel is not geared up to accept overseas travellers. The reception people can not speak ENGLISH so it was extremely difficult to communicate with them.

Very clean and the room was great except for kitchen.

Not one person at reception could speak English which is a major downfall if Saudi wants to attract tourists. My room had a kitchen but no plates and cutlery. Need to add these. Also had no water one day but no one warned the guests.

The reception is not English friendly and causes frustration when booking in. Thankfully the night porter could speak some English to sort the problem out. Going forward towards Saudi 2030 the reception area will need to know a little English in order to attract tourism (that is if the Hotel wants the tourism)

Staff helpful and cheerful. Room clean and tidy. Quiet and excellent location.

The compressor sound is loud at room 109. It has to be fixed. The hot water of the shower I think on the wrong side and must be checked and rectified. My comment is for betterment and that doesn't mean that my stay was not exceptional.

Meat and clean property, spacious rooms and courtesious staff. My rooms was small, requested to change and it took no time for front desk to respond affirmatively

Bedding was not comfortable. They should improve its quality, specially pillows

The room is big, the staffs are friendly and helpful.

Internet is not working properly, twins bed are tiny, definitely not for big people. Asked for the cleanup, and they throw my personal belongings on the table like rubbish.

Great location, plenty of space to park car, lots of shops and malls around, easy to get taxi/Uber, super friendly team.

The staff was amazing, so was the available parking. I quite liked the soundproofing in the room i got.

There was a link door to another room, and sometimes i could hear kids playing. Luckily it wasn't much.
