I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, I believe that room service should be done daily, including basic vacuuming and mopping the bathroom floor. This would improve the overall cleanliness of the stay. One major downside was the weak Wi-Fi connection. I had to rely on my mobile hotspot for most of my stay, which was quite inconvenient. Despite this, the hotel offers great value for money, and with a few improvements, it could be an even better place to stay. I would consider returning in the future. 😊

A great base from which to explore Riyadh and the beautiful Kingdom of Saudi Arabia! Room was very comfortable, breakfast was of excellent quality and variety. Staff were friendly and the surrounds are generally lovely (lobby, corridors etc.) The property - thanks to the new metro line which is a 5 minute walk away- is very well connected to the centre of the city. Good range of local shops and restaurants. Would not hesitate to stay again

The experience of stay, little far from the busy and central city was great. Easy to access the Industrial Areas and also central Riyadh for work and commute, avoiding busy traffic as great. surrounding silent neighborhood with all possible facilities was great. Breakfast options were perfect and everting was++

The sitting space for breakfast in the morning can be better. Some sort of fitness room with basic facility is recommended. My Thoughts and suggestion to the management.

Helpful staff, big rooms, clean hotel and the breakfast was good also. During check-in they told me that not available rooms at the hotel which I booked and they upgrade my room as free of charge.

Electrical infrastructure needs to be changed, firstly there is no plugs near the bed and you need to turn-off all lights one by one that means there is no master switch to turn-off or on all lights. Breakfast is good but breakfast area is very small and a few tables and chairs only as the hotel has more than 30 rooms I believe, so the first time in my life I had to have berakfast with somebody else in the same table that I dont know them..

I stayed in 14 Apr 2024. The building was very clean, having enough parking information and side of the building. Moreover, there was underground parking through I did not try it. The staff were very nice, kind and supportive. The room was extremely clean and has all possible facilities with wide washrooms. Breakfast was reasonable and has essential items. The location was close enough to huge clothing and produce stores. A lot of restaurant also were close to the building.

The staff was really nice... the rooms were very good and the breakfast amazing!

Location is not the best... also, the hot shower was quite hard to get, but it wasn't cold as well, just warm. The window was ridiculous, extremely small, it looked night all day long inside the room

I complained to the receptionist about the room they assigned me and asked her to change it. She was very friendly, didn't argue with me, and assured me that by the time I returned, my belongings would be moved to a new, better room. They actually followed through with the change

They initially assigned me to room 214, which turned out to be very small, and it appeared to have originally been part of another room.

It's very best for the family ,,good location buffet is super and lots of parking and best for the money Little far from city but if u have car no worry ..20 minutes to down town

I really do not understand why people take buffet granted and waste so many items specially egg and omlets on the plate

I was thinking of accomodations in the morning/afternoon and found excellent variant for the evening. Very polite staff, warm rooms, comfortable very big bed, private bathroom and variable breakfast. My recommendation to come here.

Wish I could write a lot about Golden Dune. Amazing, kind, and well-mannered staff. The room is so clean and spacious. Continental breakfast with great varieties and tasty. Perfect place for family. I wish them good luck. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Super clean.

Wish I could stay more. But I had to reach makkah for umrah. There are no negative things I found.
