The staff was excellent and specially front staff Amal (hope I spell her name correctly) who has not only greet well but also gone beyond my expectation and assist me for the locations etc.,

The location is not upto my expectations as majority of work was in centre. They need to spent money on buying new towels, iron and iron board etc.,

I’ve booked Tulip Al Rawdah for many years. And every time they surprise me with their good behavior and their kindness. The staff was amazing especially Amal she is great and kindness. The location is amazing for whom want shopping or need to visit hospitals etc..

The Wifi is good but I suggest that they pay more attention to their Wi-Fi devices so that customers have an excellent signal.

Location well connected with a main road that helps a lot to visit different places in the city (by car). The rooms are big, and very comfortable beds—bathrooms just enough to be good, nothing special but clean. Comfortable living room. Parking good. Reasonable price and the people friendly in the hotel. Totally recommended if you plan a place with a good balance of a good bed and saving money to enjoy the city.

-They provide only 2 towels for 3 adults in 2 days. (Remember to bring your own) -AirCon was so noisy, so we stopped, because the temperature was pleasant, and was not needed.

Overall it was very good. Receptionist was excellent and provided all informations which we required.

The staff at the reception. I received email from booking.com stating my late check-out time is approved but the reception staff denied any message received even after showing them the email.⁸

Amal was super sweet and understanding. I came a couple hours before my checkin time and she got me a room pretty quickly.

Staff are polite and cooperative
