The staff have been superb and very helpful. They went out of their way to book me for breakfast with additional fee whereas Booking.com cheated me with my booking by not offering me breakfast whereas while booking and confirmation breakfast was included in the package. Entire hotel was nothing less than a palace and the staff very humble and supportive. They went out of their way and gave me a super early check-in at 7 am in the morning as compared to official checkin time of 3 pm. Lavish breakfast further added to our delight I highly highly recommended for this hotel.

The villa we reserved was very bad and dirty. We had to leave the hotel or change the villa. The reception was very helpful and polite to help in anyway they can . So they changed the villa for 2 bedroom suite and it was beautiful and clean. Thanks to the staff for there help.

The Vittori Palace is like an oasis during the rush of the LEAP conference and the vibrant hot spot Riyadh in general. The Venue looks great, the rooms are spacious and the people are very calm, friendly and helpful. The Breakfast is superieur, regarsding its variety and the quality.

Everything was excellent as usual. Every time I come to Riyadh Vittori Palace is my first choice. This is probably the 7th time I have stayed at Vittori and the excellent service, cleaness, and the great and always cooapritive staff starting at the reception to the housekeeping and the parking reception team.

The staff if helpful and friendly, the selection of the breakfast was good. The bed is very comfortable and the location of the hotel is good which set a tone for a good nigh sleep after a long day.

The swimming pool, sauna and gym is below expectations as it is small and old, with very poor selection of equipment. The buffet lunch was below expectation and is expensive but poor in options.

The room with the balcony was lovely. Room was very comfortable.

I called down to reception for a few things and the staff member couldnt understand and just hung up. Only 1 robe in the room and only 1 glass. there were 2 people staying there.

The food was generally ok at the resturant.

Location is a problem if you do not have a car; as almost nothing is available within a walking distance. Traffic is very bad in the morning rush hours to get out of the hotel.

Good location and rich breakfast with nice hospitality all over the hotel.

The Shower near the door was the most uncomfortable, because the floor was always wet.

1- Basement parking lot needs closer elevator for visitors since the closest one is for staff. 2- corridors to rooms seems outdated
