Convenient location accessible to malls, restaurants, shops, supermarket (Tamimi & Manuel Market), metro (An Nuzhah & Riyadh Exhibition Stations) & buses. We also had a free room upgrade as well as discounted rates on our extended stay. The cleaners even called us if we wanted them to clean our room. They have stove, oven, refrigerator, kitchen utensils & cookwares. Thank you so much to all the staff for the convenience, upgrades & affordable price.

The management should consider changing their worn out blankets & also fixing the cracked walls for the safety not only of their guests but also of their staff.

First time of staying on this hotel. All staff are approachable, the hotel is clean and silent. Good location as there are many food store nearby. I impressed and thankful of the staff specially Mr. Dipak whom allow us to early check in. That time we came in the hotel it was fully booked but I ask a favor to early check in soon there will be available. I leave my mobile number and buy food outside. After sometime he called and inform that we can check in as there is already available.

Convenient location (if you have a car), good value, room was spacious and had small kitchen area, shampoo slippers towel etc.

Woken up early by noise from prayer call but not the fault of the property. At this price point, no issues, room was comfortable. Good stay. Friendly staff.

Staff were well behaved and accommodating, nice location and fair price.

I stayed at room 201 which was comfortable and somewhat clean but there are some notes like the living room rug was really smelly, the furniture needs to be disposed of and upgraded, there were cracks on the walls, water pressure is very weak, the bathroom needs to be renewed and the toilet seat is set in a very weird position with a wall in front of it which makes it hard to use.

comfort/bathroom is small. kitchen was not clean. Door keycard was not working after sometime. You have to explain to every staff why they to open the door with the master key. No management endorsement of the issue to other receptionist on duty.
