Considering this was my first visit to Riyadh, I didn't know what to expect. All I wanted was a comfortable, clean, and decent hotel room, so I spent time browsing reviews on Booking.com. The reviews for this particular hotel convinced me to reserve it, and I was blown away by its accessibility. It’s close to Nakheel Mall and other shops, with the coffee shop NOVEMBER conveniently located downstairs. The room was spacious—mine was just a deluxe, but I loved it. The housekeeping staff did a great job upon request through the reception. The highlight for me was the café downstairs, which has an office working space concept. It’s a great spot to work if you get bored in your room and a perfect place to network with others. However, the rooms aren’t soundproof, so you can literally hear your neighbor snoring—hahaha. Despite this, I highly recommend this hotel. Also, their bathrobes are super cute; I wish they were available for purchase!

Excellent staff all of them they were remarkable, the hotel deserves 10 stars . All receptionist Khaled, Mohammed , Musaab, Ali , and Mousa special thanks they did great job I’m so proud of all of them , extremely understanding when I told them I have an emergency and must check out earlier than the date on my booking they were supportive and assisted me by all means when I needed printing out some documents they happily did that for me ..I can’t thank them enough for all their great service and great attitude and hospitality , they made our stay unforgettable

Nothing everything was perfect

The best location everything is near you , very clean and nice staff , there’s a November coffe shop inside the hotel and others around , and a 5 min walk to hospital , Pharmcy , she beauty salon and other shops and restaurants .

- I booked a junior suit which is connected to other suit and the only downside is the rooms are without any noise cancellation you can hear the room Next to u talking and watching tv , but this could be with connected rooms.

The room is spacious and modern. The hotel entrance and lobby is cozy and has a very nice coffee shop.

I dropped by my friends room a couple of times during our stay. We got a call from the reception that it’s not allowed for a female to visit other rooms in the hotel!! and he told us I can drop by only if were related and asked for my ID!! I hope that such details are explained prior to check-in, especially since me and my friends checked-in together and asked for a room in the same floor.

Clean, friendly staff

TV chanels I was thoroughly disappointed with the TV channels offered. In my opinion, they are the weakest I've come across. The absence of sports channels, live matches, movie channels, and music channels is glaring. Given the lack of variety and quality, I would rate the overall experience as 6 out of 10. Initially, I would have given it a much lower score, but I've tried to be somewhat generous.

lI wasn't impressed with the TV and its channels. They have some of the worst options I've ever seen, with only 41 channels available. There’s just one news channel, no sports channels, and no music channels at all. I would have rated it an 8, but because of the TV and its limited channels, I’d give it a 6.5.

Fairly good hotel at the hear of Riyadh. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport. The rooms were good and spacious enough and the bed was comfy. The hotel is quite and clean. The reception people are friendly and helped us get an extension for check out till 6 pm for an additional of SAR 100. There is a nice coffee shop attached to the hotel (November Cafe). You get two complimentary water bottle at the room. It is a traditional hotel not like the global chain hotels in terms of luxury and facilities but it was good.

There is no breakfast offered by the hotel. In addition, they ask you to pay a deposit of SAR 200, which will be returned in Cash during check out even if you paid it by card. Moreover, I was late in the checkout for 30 minutes only, yet they deducted a penalty for this from the deposit (around SAR 20).

They didn’t have hair dryer in the washroom, no food in room service and no swimming pool for a property of this level.

Great value for a very spacious clean room with some really lovely cafes surrounding the hotel

The bathroom was quite small. The shower design isn't great, because the shower was right in front of the shower entry and water is constantly leaking out of shower into the main bathroom area

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. staff is good and responsive. Mohammed from the front desk made our stay very pleasant.

Coffee prices are silly expensive. Wifi was not good.
