Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. It was much better than I imagined and truly the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Riyadh. The service, comfort, and overall experience were exceptional. If I come back to Riyadh again, I will definitely choose this hotel without hesitation.

The only issue I experienced was with the response time for service requests. Almost every time I needed something, I had to follow up multiple times, and it usually took quite a while before it was delivered. Hopefully, this is something the hotel can improve in the future.

The cleanliness and ambiance of the hotel were superb. I would like to express my gratitude to several staff members who made our experience so pleasant: Ali at the hospitality desk for his politeness and warm smile whenever we approached him with questions or requests; Chef Majdi, Mahmoud, and Husein from the restaurant for going out of their way to ensure the breakfast was to our liking; the housekeeping staff for maintaining such a high standard of cleanliness and order; and the reception team for doing their best to accommodate our changing travel and commute needs despite shifting times and dates.

The room service is limited in terms of food variety.

Location is very nice and Breakfast too is very nice. I like the behavior of Staff they are very helpful specially if I name it Mr. Sharif the Restaurant. He use to meet me every morning wishing the good wished and asking about the quality of the food & how can make it better for me for comfortable stay. Thanks to Mr. Sharif for his commendable behavior.

Hotel should give more attention towards the entrance, sometime cabs also missed the turn because of improper visibility. Ans for the Breakfast we should have some more items towards the Veg.

It was mentioned that the hotel has a shuttle to the airport and that was one of the reasons I picked that hotel, unfortunately the shuttle wasn’t free and it was 3 times more expensive than taking a taxi or Uber. they should be more clear about that

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the view from the balcony of my room. When I booked my stay, I was looking forward to enjoying a pleasant view. However, I was disappointed to find that my room overlooks an unappealing area. I was not asked about my preference for the view during the booking process, despite the availability of rooms with better views. I am quite disheartened by this experience as it has impacted my overall stay. I kindly request that you consider this feedback and, if possible, provide me with an alternative room with a better view for the remaining duration of my stay. My room view

It is the most conveninent hotel that I stay in every of my business trip to Riyad. Away from the crowd, easy to acess to all my meeting points. Moreover, I am very comfortable about the cleanliness, happy with the great breakfast and the staff.

Nothing to mention but this is my 4th stay in a row, can get better prices in my next visit:)

The hotel is very clean. We enjoy the new facilities and provided services. - the rooms were upgraded to balcony on lounge. Clean toilets. Clean and comfortable beds

- first day rooms were cleaned well. Second night they skip cleaning. They clean toilets only and skip rooms’ cleaning. I informed the receptionist but no one came to clean. Room service was good first day(arabic) but last day was not good at all (continental breakfast) I advise management to make sure that cleaning services is consistent to maintain the rooms in the upcoming years. Last thing, Balcony on lounge is not perfect for families and kids. It would be good for singles only because of the noise till midnight.

I had an amazing experience at the hotel. The staff was so kind and helpful. When I told them it was my honeymoon, they went above and beyond by upgrading my room and surprising me with breakfast and sweets. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made my stay even more special.

I found two aspects of the hotel policies that were not to my liking: 1- It is required for guests to visit the lobby each time they have placed an order from an external source. 2- Upon requesting an extension, I was instructed to descend to the lobby in order to engage in further discussion regarding the pricing. I am of the opinion that these two matters could be addressed more efficiently without necessitating the guest's presence in the lobby
