Good location. Very efficient staff. Good room service. Food is served in the room and is of good quality. Room service is very efficient. Good bed room size and bathrooms are good. Heating arrangements were very good as riyadh was quite chilly in January. Reception staff Mr islam was very quick in checking us in. Bell boys, room service staff were all very efficient. Fridge, microwave, electric kettle, iron were there.

Slightly old furniture and worn out look of some items. Curtains need to be changed. Crockery and utensils were missing from the kitchenette of the apartment. They should stock these utensils.

The location is good. May coffee shops around and a lot of dining options as well as connectivity to the Airport and the city. It is not a pure hotel rather a Hotel Apartment which is not focused on business travelers rather families and for long stay guests it has a kitchenette with a microwave. We got it almost double its usual price probably due to some trade events in the proximity. If you choose breakfast it will be served to you in the room and there is no buffet. Its a budget experience which is value for money.

I had to change the room where I shifted from a One Bedroom Suite to a standard room due to my being a light sleeper and traffic noise was disturbing. There was no hand soap in the Bathroom which was provided on request.The second was a standard room perfectly quiet but there was a malfunction with the cistern and I reported it in the night to the person on duty but it was not fixed so spend a second sleepless night. This however is a stand alone incident and does not reflect on the property.

Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, staff are very friendly, there's Arabic coffee and dates all day in the lobby, and there's parking off the street and underground for long stays.

The furniture (tables and sofas) in some of the rooms is starting to get old. Also, bathroom floors get quite wet after showers due to the tiles current sloping and shower room sealant wearing off with age.

The place is very clean and the location is good... the price for such place is affordable and competitive. The service provided is excellent, you get a rapid response for any query.

The only problem which they have solved partially but very rapidly is the swege system. In the initial room I got you wouldn't be able to enter the toilet because of the bad smell... but they changed the room for me immediately. However the new room's toilets also had the same smell but very faint. If only this fixed the place will be perfect. No breakfast buffet provided.

It was very neat,clean , the staff responded very quickly to our calls and sent whatever we asked for in a few minutes to the room. In general it was a nice stay. The apartment size was very suitable for a family. They had a good cooling mini bar, that was very important for me as i have a baby. The microwave though needed the glass tray to be able to use it properly but it heated the food anyway using a ceramic plate. I don't think they would have said no if i asked for one, but it was late already. So definitely it will be on top of our list on our next visit to Riyadh.

I booked this late after attending an event in the National Conference Centre as a cost effective place to recharge for day 2. I needed somewhere quiet for a good sleep, where I could grab some local food and flavours as well as use as a work location as my session wasn't starting until 3pm the following day. The Dust provided all of this. I was upgraded to a 1 bed apartment which was perfect. The hotel is a little old , tired but the staff were super accommodating and friendly. I had a great nights sleep. Bed was super comfy. Across the road a little walk to the left a juice stall, a bit further up 2 places selling homemade cooked bread one with yummy veggie inside, an Indian and a shwarma shop! Perfect!!

Nothing to not like, it's cheap, friendly, no frills, comfortable and quiet. Exactly what I was looking for. I have no idea on pool or gym as had no requirement for that during my trip.

Nice stuff nice location convenience close to many coffee shop and pharmacy and hospital supermarket. It was wonderful and great choice.

Last night we couldn’t found a towel and when we asked the man for the room service he bought two and we are four and he said because this is the last night that’s which make me upset and I already informed that reception

The location was convenient for me. Lots of choices for food and shoping in the area. The staff at the front desk is awesome, very polite, responsive and accomodating.

The building seems to have some plumbing issues. The standard of the daily cleaning could be improved.

Location. A few good cafes around the area.

The room’s smell. Recommend to put air freshener in the room. Housekeeping should check all amenities in the room are available before guests arrived. When we arrived there was no iron in the room, weighing scale with no batteries, no pot or pan in the kitchen. We did get all those after we requested from reception.

Staff handling everything very well specially Amen and Saudi old guy. I asked for late checkout and got the tome I needed. The rooms or let’s say the apartment was spacious and can be enough for a couple with 2 kids.

There was a bad smell coming out from the sink when using it.
