The room and the bed was very large and comfortable.

the window doesn't have much noise cancellation, should add another layer of glass. I did not have a good sleep due to the noisy road. Breakfast could be better as well. Staff at reception barely communicative, I understand the country is going through a rapid growth but education is not improving at the same pace as the development to interact properly with foreign visitors.. If I compare to Radisson blue staff they are more attentive, helpful and informative. At checked in I felt like I had to find the information myself or ask them all the questions, otherwise barely speaking.

Limited choice of hot beverages- and food in general- at breakfast. I have seen much better breakfasts in many KSA hotels. Food options in general very limited. Even water was provided in tiny bottles and small quantities. Some odd anomalies- for example room had a hotplate but no saucepans. Fridge door was broken.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is excellent—close to everything I needed. A special thanks to Samia at the reception; she was incredibly kind and professional, and she even upgraded me to a suite. Her hospitality made my experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The property was picturesque. The location on King Abdullah Road was nice, and the view from the window was breathtaking.

The location was very central, and the checkin was super smooth. The family apartment was spacious and clean with all the required essentials. We enjoyed the hospitality of the courteous staff. The pool was great for the kids, which we had exclusive to us during our stay. This hotel is a gem in Riyadh.

Room size and the furniture is just perfect. Everything about this hotel is nice and feels cozy although the lobby looks fancy but the suite felt like home.
