The place is quiet and you cannot see the workers while doing their work, and the hotel also smells nic

Breakfast was not diverse.The quality of the food is less than 5 out of 10. For example, eggs are prepared early, even though I eat breakfast in the first half hour for three days, and the same types of items every day. It would have been better to have two different types and to decrease many things in the buffet, meaning such as eggs Benedict, and I mentioned olives. The same kind every day and there is no extra virgin olive oil or evenCuisine Flex must be reviewed by the chef's options or changed if necessary

Very friendly staff! I arrived early in the morning exhausted on the nights flights and was received very well - I was offered coffee even though I was to have my room only in the afternoon. Otherwise everything was polite, smooth, peaceful.

Elevators were broken - one did not move at all and the other one only downwards (until you got in it and pressed up, it went). Not really the best walking or touristic area, but for example walking to conference center was ok - 10 minutes at most.

a) The cereals section ought to serve a different variety per day. b) Beverages were excellent but can include drinking chocolate for specific clients. c) Raw vegetable section requires overall especially the tinned grapes, figs, etc.. d) Bread section was excellent. e) Fresh fruits were okay but same kind was served daily. Different fresh fruits each day will be okay. Refilling was slow and at times forgotten until the waiter was reminded. f) We really enjoyed a plate of a wide variety of fresh fruits (including kiwi fruit and green melon) a treat from owner of the hotel. That was great. Thank you Mr. CEO NB: I will come back in February 2024 for another 4 days.

1) I did not like when a staff cleaning next to room 306 told us it was not his work to open the door for us. The person had a card round his neck and ours had refused to open the door. I had to go down to reception to get the card recharged. The staff was rude and had poor attitude. I reported at the reception. Date was 28th December 2023 afternoon time. 2) Pillows are to thick. Kindly get thin pillows so that I will be completely comfortable when I come next month.

Convenient location for the people who come to work at RICEC exhibition center as its just located almost opposite the hotel. Breakfast was not a vast selection but its acceptable and enough to fill stomach before going to work. Staffs was all nice and polite. We had a seamless check-in, check-out. Would come back again if we have to work at RICEC.

More breakfast selection would be nice.

The hotel staffs here are amazing and welcoming for first impression, and for the full 3 days I was here. We arrived a little early about 10am via railway and grateful that we were allowed for early check in without additional charges. Such great hospitality. The breakfast too was sufficient. Location wise is easy to locate via Careem or Uber. Close to most tourist locations (meeting points for tour) and foods are easily available within few stone throw away.

Nothing to be honest. the breakfast is nice, but would be superb if they have some Arabic rice on the menu.

Very well positioned for the airport, exhibition centres and downtown. Large room with comfortable bed and all the services you can need for a business trip. Clean rooms with complimentary tea, water and espresso machine in the room. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast could have a little bit more variety.

Not many options for breakfast.

The room (Superior Room) was big and with balcony, which is important for a family. The bad is not king size, but usual size. Cleaning service was provided every day. Food can be ordered and delivered to the room during the whole day.

Reception people can do better. Breakfast is modest for European people. Coffee is awful.

The hotel reception staff were very nice and kind, and I liked the way they were trying to support the check - ins They did their best in free upgrades and helpful for late check-outs (if available as per their hotel policies) Their concierge staff was very helpful, and their services (iron, in-room cleaning) is very active and fast.

Constructive feedback: Breakfast can be better

This was a greta location for visiting Riyadh Exhibition Center, just a short walk away. Breakfast was good with omelettes, fried and scrambled eggs made fresh. The return to the airport was excellent with the hotel at a good price.

The wifi wasn't as good as it should have been. It kept dropping in and out and was very slow.
