Staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. I liked having the ability to have the bedroom slightly cooler than the living room area, so that was nice. Breakfast was ok for me. It was not as close to the convention center as the Radisson Blu Hotel where my colleagues stayed, but it was a short taxi ride and 1/3 the cost.

There was a desk in the bedroom for work, but no power outlet near the desk that I could see, so worked in the living room area with the laptop on the small table. It worked but wasn't as comfortable as a desk would be. The massage in the spa was not especially helpful, but I needed deep tissue and that didn't happen. Maybe for someone else it would be just fine.

Very nice team and the breakfast is amazing comparing to the price of the hotel. Highly recommended as its very near from several facilities from a walking distance including the exhibition center

I would suggest that they invest in GYM section and make it more bigger and I'm sure the ROI will be amazing as several people do select the hotel based on the GYM facilities and the space highly . GYM is good

My stay at Smayah Résidence was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by Mr. Osama and Mr. Ameen at the reception. Their welcoming demeanor and attention to detail made me feel instantly at home. The residence itself was beautiful, with luxurious accommodations and stunning views. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Throughout my time there, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, from recommending local attractions to arranging transportation. Almost everything was good. The level of cleanliness was great. The room size and decor were impressive. The reception staff were professional and courteous. They responded quickly and were able to help a lot with my requests. Many local restaurants and shops are located nearby.

The shower area was open and water sprayed on the toilet seat and everywhere while showering. Location, but anyway I had a rental car. More electricity sockets should be provided near sofas. The room service machine was not working properly so I had to inform the front desk to keep a note to clean my room. Breakfast should be improved a lot.

Ac, wifi , tv with other aminities , location of the hotel , staffing and breakfast were very good

It was clean in general but dusty especially when we move some furnutire such as couch .. bathrooom layout is bad as water was coming out while showering and wet all floor plus its too small for me at least .. parking to small for SUV and little small for sedan cars . Be aware that room service come at your call only not autmatically as they say its caused issues with guests before in the past

The hotel is very new, built around a year ago. Design is very pleasant and the rooms are of a good size and comfortable. However, the best part of the stay were the staff, who were incredibly helpful and kind, going far and beyond to aid in solving any question that we had, as it was our first time in Saudi Arabia. I would like to especially thank Osama who was always checking in on our stay every morning.

I stayed for the exhibition, the location is close even walking distance but the roads are not pedestrian friendly. So I suggest taxi or Uber to go to exhibition center. There was a supermarket nearby with some shops around, which is walking distance. The room sizes were acceptable. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and ready to assist whenever needed.

A safe in the room would be nice to have for the next trip.

Breakfast is excellent, room service and menu are also exceptionally good! Very polite and helpful staff. Osama the manager on duty during our stay was very nice and devoted. Thank you again! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Big mall is in walking distance with excellent restaurants.

Street facing rooms are very loud in the morning rush hours, but there was no problem changing it. Thanks for it again!

The service at reception was exceptional—hospitality at its best. I had an early arrival, and they accommodated me in the best possible way, with early check-in and breakfast while waiting for the check-in - accommodating staff. The room was large, with a great bed, separate shower and toilet, good space, appreciated coffee/tea facilities, and a working desk. Recommendable
