1. Location is perfect. 2. Service is good. Recommend to have a try.

1.The bathroom is in the downstairs (the room I stayed in has 2 storeys). And the stairs are a bit narrow. Please leave a message to the hotel that you prefer the room with bathroom on the same floor. 2. The staff we met in the Remparts restaurant (there are 2 restaurants, another is a Michelin restaurant) is porker face.

The staff were so helpful and kind and eager to please. They helped us organize reservations ahead of time, ensured we were comfortable. The rooms were fantastic! Spacious, modern, beautiful!

We were a little disappointed with the food. We expected to be wowed and we were honestly left unsatisfied. It wasn’t up to the standard of the hotel in our opinion. It wasn’t bad, but its wasn’t great. Which given everything else about the property we had our hopes high. I’d probably not eat there again and would go off property.

Stunning setting and views with fantastic restaurants and bar.

The hotel sadly relies on the location. The staff is not trained/ managed to the level you would expect for a leading hotel. The lounging/ pool areas were not clean / properly set up. There were still drinks / glasses standing around from the night before at 11 am. Service and hospitality is improvable in general. Breakfast offering and service was miserable for 47 EUR p.p. Check out time of the hotel is 11am. The hotel reception called 5 past 11 am and sent the porter who knocked twice within 10min that we vacate the room and to pick up the luggage. We left the room at 11.12am. Rooms are nice but could be updated.

Amazing place to celebrate some special occasion. In our case we celebrated wedding anniversary and it was just perfect. The place, the room, the views - everything was unforgettable! We booked just standard room and I was worried that it will be like a cave (based on provided photos) but it was super nice, cozy and light, with 3 windows and even side sea view.

Food is a little bit too expensive, we paid around 200 euros for light lunch and 700 for dinner, but I would say it should be expected in this type of hotels during the high season

Location, hotel facilities. Comfortable room although a little small and having bathroom on different level including coffee making facilities is not ideal. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly.

Room was noisy with pedestrians visiting hotel bar and restaurant. Cost of food and drinks at bar and restaurant are very expensive. Bathroom on different level is not ideal. Coffee making facilities on different level to fridge is not ideal.

Amazing room, very modern despite being set in an old chateau. Amazing sea views and gorgeous grounds to the castle. Food was very good, although not cheap and limited menu. Staff were incredibly helpful and made engagement proposal the perfect setting down by the dome. Thierry in particular went out of his way to ensure all went perfectly.

Limited food menu at restaurants, great if into fish though

A mesmerising location with beautiful scenery and a romantic atmosphere. Reception staff, particularly Charlene and colleague, very welcoming and helpful. Infinity pool has amazing views. Lots of small areas to relax , well equipped. Main restaurant was fabulous and staff were exceptional.

Bar staff were very busy and no place at outside bar in the evening as full. Also breakfast staff not very attentive; just told buffet on offer and to help yourself. Husband had to go up to a group of staff to order eggs.

It’s absolutely one of our favorite spots on the entire Riviera. The hotel is simply outstanding—everything is flawless, from the rooms and restaurants to the impeccable service throughout. The location is unmatched, and the views are truly breathtaking. It’s always a pleasure to come back.

Interesting location and hotel and the room condition was more than great .

Eze is a touristic sight and a kind of castle ,the hotel has some locations and try to protect tourists wandering at the hotel room area by having “private “ sign where as restaurant , hotel corridors , bar are full of wandering tourists . So do not imagine a peace of mind holiday but very crowded and unfortunately very face to face close interaction with the other guests and tourists . This is the nature of Eze and seems hotel tries to get benefit out of it . Long story short the hotel is an attraction center and does not reflect what it promise . The staff do their best and work hard but difficult in that Hotel . Even by paying + 1000 euro you are not special but the hotel is !

Everything! The room was perfect, the views breathtaking, the food is delicious, staff were all friendly and very helpful, the gardens are fantastic. It was very relaxing to be able to walk down through the gardens and enjoy all the plants and statues. The location is exceptional!
