The room was very comfortable, it had everything I needed, great location, professional and attentive staff. I loved that the bedsheets were cotton and the duvet genuine feathers, which seems to be a thing in the past at other 3 star places. It was quiet. Breakfast was nice.

There was only one elevator servicing 10 floors, both for guests and service staff. There should be a separate elevator for maintenance staff. It can be unsightly too, with the mops and the bags of laundry, having to give way to the car with supplies. Most of all, if you forget something and need to go back to your room, you can miss a train. Once you go down for breakfast, plan to go on about your business or sightseeing without returning to the room to save time. No stairs available either.

The hotel surprised me with a public washing machine, dryer and an ice maker beside the typical vending machines. This seems to be typical for APA hotels, but it was new to me and I loved it very much! It was walking distance to my client as well as to train station and large supermarkets. On the backside of the hotel is a very special Japanese restaurant. The buffet breakfast in the morning is very good. It was also easy to store the luggage ahead and after the stay, great service attitude!

The hotel staff is very nice, when I arrived the hotel in first day, it was heavy rain outside, and the staff borrowed an umbrella to me, let my heart feel warm , also they help me to call the restaurant for dinner reservations. So I would recommend this hotel to others visit Katsuta!

The room where we stayed for 2 nights was clean and comfortable

at first when we checked in, the front desk staff seems like he forgot that we have included a breakfast in our reservation. we reminded him that we have included a breakfast. also, when checking out, we would like to extend for one hour and we are trying to call the front desk but it seems that the line was busy. we tried to call several times but no one answered.

The bathroom door is fixed a limits opening of door. The step up to bathroom is very high. No space for clothes to be stored.

Place nice and clean. The bathroom is big. It has both bathtub and shower space. There is a chair that its height is good for senior guests with bad knees.

Pillow is just a bit soft and too flat for us. We stay 2 nights but we got bottles of water for only first night.

I already provided my review. I stayed 2x in this hotel with a Tokio break due to business reason. And I'll come back. I think, this says all.

Excellent hotel at 10 minutes walk from Katsuta station. Many restaurants close by. The rooms are comfortable and the WIFI is very good.

We had parking for our motorcycles out the front and sharing one parking space, so only charged for that. The location was was near many stores.

Reception was on the seventh floor, which is unusual and the lack of floor space made it congested at times.
