Love the location of the hotel..Need a car definitely.

Walls are quite thin. Could hear the kids in the opposite room.

Had a comfortable stay here. The owner was very helpful and kind. They even dropped us off at the railway station on our last day. This place is located near 7-11 prince street, it is very convenient to buy food. The phone network is not good in the area, so if you order food online, please make sure to mention your room number or wait downstairs to receive the delivery.

The shower/bathroom did not have any hangars or hooks, so it was a little difficult to hang clothes and towel when using the bathroom

The owner and staff were super friendly and let me check-in earlier because I was so exhausted from walking for a few hours. Their english was great but they were happy that I learned some Japanese 😁 The rooms were nice and the bed was very comfortable.

It‘s a bit far from the main city if you are only there by foot but the owner is nice enough to take you to the station if she‘s also going there or has a bit of time on her hands.

We would like to thank the lady owner for being super helpful! We got into an accident and she helped us call the local police and file a report with the insurance company,, can't thank her enough! Hotel might be small but it's clean and very comfortable!

The hotel is next to a road, so there will be some traffic noise. But I slept through the night, so it may depend on each individual's tolerance level for noise.

The hosts were super nice!! They were very welcoming and helpful. The location was prime with a 7-11 right next door. The accommodations were very clean and perfect for the price we paid. I would highly recommend staying here.

Location is a nice walk to the mall and slopes.

The hotel was very nice for the price that we paid. It was basically like a 1DK apartment, with indoor toilet and bathroom. Toilet and bathroom felt like the one i have at home: it was very clean. There were two beds and others slept on futon. The room is perfect for 2 people, but they can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a convenience store and a ski/snowboard and gear rental shop just outside! We each got a 1000 yen National Travel Campaign coupon from the government for staying on a weekend. The best part was that the hosts were also kind enough to pick us and drop us to Karuizawa station/Prince Hotel Ski Slope, and they also returned our gear rentals at the end of the trip!

The hotel was styled like an apartment building, which meant that the amenities were all inside the rooms. There was no dining room or dinner. However, there was a shared microwave oven in the hallway, with spare cups and chopsticks and kettle et cetera. And a convenience store just outside.

The location is pretty decent, about a 20-minute walk from the station. The host is really nice and friendly, and they even offer a pick-up service. The room is spacious and clean enough. There’s also a convenience store nearby.

It’s just a shame that there’s no big bathtub.

The hosts were amazing! They gifted us chocolate when we arrived, let us check in an hour earlier, and then took us to the train station when we left. All free of charge. Would highly recommend. The room was also very spacious.
