Everything! The hotel is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, not in Indian, but in Italian style, which gives the hotel an extra dimension. The red 'lion room' in which we slept was a pearl for the eye and very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The staff is very well trained and the chef is sublime! We had such a delicious meal (both breakfast and dinner) here too with nice details in the menu. We really felt at home in the Royal Hermitage. Shivya is a very attentive hostess who knows very well what Western tourists want during their stay. She is so concerned with the well-being of her guests. Her hospitality knows no bounds. This was for us the most beautiful stay during our 24-day trip through Rajasthan. We definitely recommend the Royal Hermitage if you want to be immersed in luxury in a small-scale hotel with personal service. I give this hotel a 10+++. Highly recommended! Everything about the stay was amazing. Chef Sagar is very talented and amazing at his job. He made really flavourful breakfast for us every day and always greeted us with a lovely smile. Our host Shivya is the most beautiful person who was all about helping the guests in every possible way. I loved the long chats we had every night after we came back to the property. Also they made my anniversary extra special with flowers, balloons and a lovely cake. Staying at this property was a great experience in itself and I will definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here whenever they visit Jaipur. The property is close to good restaurants, shops and the staff always help with outstanding recommendations and arranging for food, shopping, transport.

We had an outstanding stay with Shivya and team at the Royal Hermitage where we stayed for 4 nights to explore Jaipur. From the moment we arrived we had the warmest welcome and Shivya’s hospitality extended above and beyond helping us with our overall city plans, transport and even helping us find some last minute new years plans. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the rooms extremely comfortable and we were very much made to feel at home. All of the staff were warm and friendly at all times and the food prepared for us by the chef was wonderful. Highly recommend the royal hermitage for anyone visiting the area, best hospitality we have received in all our travels and very unique place to stay.

Wonderful hospitality, this was truly a home away from home. Very clean and welcoming hotel, with the owner personally caring for all our needs (from providing medicine when we were not feeling well, to advising on what to visit, where to shop, and supporting every singe request we had - and - since it was our first time in India - we had MANY). While the hotel is not cheap, the warmth and hospitality more then make up for it. Also, wonderful breakfast; lunch and dinner are also available, all home-cooked, on the spot, a true delight. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel right at home with services and support. They made the experience so special for our honeymoon, and they went above and beyond in every respect. The cooking was amazing, even when we requested dinner late at night. They also organized drivers and reservations for us, and provided excellent sightseeing recommendations. The room was very comfortable and well sized and we felt right at home whenever we were there - the staff create a wonderful environment that makes you feel a part of their family. We would wholeheartedly recommend staying here, as we felt safe and comfortable the whole time!

There wasn't any thing negative about our visit!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. We arrived at around 3.30am and despite the late hour, were so warmly welcomed by our host, Shivya. The room was beautiful, well appointed and spacious. Breakfast was fantastic (my favourite meals of our entire stay!) and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming, friendly and efficient. We felt like we were leaving family when we departed. I can’t speak highly enough of them all. Amazing work, Shivya, Ashish, Rohit and Sagar! You are all exceptional! Thanks for a brilliant stay in Jaipur.

There was nothing I didn’t like!

We loved everything about the Royal Hermitage. Shivya is an excellent host who goes the extra mile to exceed your expectations. The rooms are carefully curated and unique; very comfortable beds and excellent space and facilities. The property is VERY charming and comfortable for guests. Shivya and her small, highly attentive staff are all first-rate: the food is superb, every request/need was met with speed, grace and professionalism. And Shivya booked tours and transportation for us that were terrific. We can't say enough good things about the Royal Hermitage, Shivya, and her staff - we'd go back in a heartbeat.

We selected this hotel to accommodate our group of eight. The property looked beautiful online. When we arrived we were stunned that the actual vision was far more impressive than we saw online. We arrived late in the evening only to be greeted by the staff with roses and drinks. We were accompanied to our rooms. Each room was unique. The decor was phenomenal. Very detailed with a vision of Europe. Shivya, the hostess was beyond helpful. She was able to answer our questions with ease and her suggestions were so helpful. Her staff including the chef could not have been kinder. Helpful more than we have been accustomed to in the US. The chef was extraordinary. We ate both breakfast and dinner. Every meal was delicious. Two people in our group were newly married and the chef made them a spectacular cake. What a surprise. To end this review, I have to say this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

I recently stayed at The Royal Hermitage Jaipur, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The attention to detail in the hall and the rooms decor was impressive, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff members were incredibly courteous and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The amenities were top-notch. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this exclusive property to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay. Special thanks to its Owner Mr Amyt, seldom you see owner of the hotel to be greeting customers and taking personal interest to see their comfort and well being. Also generous room upgrade was provided. A big shout out to the wonderful staff. It felt like i was at home. Everybody was so professional and friendly. Food was top notch! I could personally complement the cook. I would not call it a boutique Hotel, its your own home in Jaipur which is exceptionally beautiful, super spotless.

Our stay at The Royal Hermitage, Jaipur was nothing but Amazing! And it was so, because of the great hospitality offered by Shivya, the owner and her team, Sagar and Ashish. They were super corporative, very friendly and constantly willing to go extra mile to make our stay even more comfortable. The property itself is beautiful. We were upgraded to the The Lion Suite, their most popular room. It had great interiors, a super comfortable bed, and all the quality amenities we needed. For the breakfast, they are very flexible. We would inform Sagar, the head chef, about what we want to eat and at what time the night before, and Sagar would prepare it fresh for us in the morning. I must reiterate, I have never experience this level of personalized hospitality in all my many travels. I wholeheartedly recommend this amazing property if you are visiting Jaipur.
