Decoration , I walk around hotel it's very beautiful, and next they I go to Umaid Bhawan Palace the Decoration was very similar. the size of Room is awesome and my room is 101. I can see pool view form my room. furniture make me feel that I'm in the Palace , Like I'm princess. If I travel to Jaipur Again I will stay at this place for sure.

There is no Waterproof stopper in Bathtub , So I cannot use it.. But it's too late at night That's why I don't call staff. and the Location is dead end so it's only one way to go out for sightseeing Jaipur

This is a stunning hotel. It is beautifully decorated from floor to ceiling. It is spotlessly clean, the brass Is cleaming. There is a team of people making sure that it looks perfect.. The staff at reception were excellent and helped immediately with any issues we had. The rooftop restaurant was superb the food was excellent and the staff were excellent and very attentive . Didn't swim in the pool but it looked beautiful and the entertainment was perfect

It is very hard to say anything negative about this hotel. But I would say there could be a little more choice at breakfast

Easy to arrange transport to visit sights and moving to other locations, through Mr Bati, taxi service. All members of staff are very kind and conscientious . They work hard to provide an excellent service. Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. We had evening meals and breakfast at the hotel, tasty food, reasonable price. We also enjoyed the music and cultural dance while we had our meals. Special thanks to the evening manager who handed the money , which one of us dropped in the lift. We appreciate his honesty and kindness Our heartfelt thank you and gratitude to all members of staff at Umaid Bhawan

No negative comments

The heritage property features spacious rooms and an attractive courtyard. The rooftop restaurant has a pleasant ambiance however, the dinner was average. The Royal Suite Family room was spacious enough, while the other family stayed in the Royal Deluxe, which was sufficient for two adults. The lobby area, with its antique furnishings, takes you back in time.

The reception area is small. Location is not so great. The breakfast spread is average and not particularly exceptional. There are no good restaurants nearby. Be cautious of the taxis parked in front of the hotel, as they may try to take you to shops they are associated with rather than your intended destination. Be firm about where you want to go. If you are tall, watch out for the ceiling fan to avoid hitting your hand.

What a treasured find. An absolutely extraordinary and quirky hotel with fabulous staff, stunning architecture and a really comfortable room. Set in a central position, it was perfect for us and, despite my wife’s disability, we were constantly overwhelmed with the care we received. The restaurant was fabulous and the staff were all so kind and helpful. Prices were very reasonable. Entertainment every night supplemented the amazing quality of the food. Breakfast (included) was exhaustive and flavoursome. Extremely helpful front desk who were constantly looking for ways to help and enhance our stay. Thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely nothing

Absolutely beautiful hotel, very clean the room was large and decorated to a high standard. The swimming pool was clean and quiet, lots of taxis and tuk tucks outside. The restaurant was great on the top floor lots of fans and blowers when it got too hot and the staff were really nice and friendly. There were some lovely little seating areas dotted about. I would stay again without hesitation.

Maybe needs a little more choice at breakfast (it was lots of curry) but they have a good egg station freshlycooked any way you fancy. I actually can't find anything to fault this hotel.

This is a fantastic hotel, it is so beautiful and unique. We loved the architecture of the property, it’s such a beautiful building, facilities were great, nothing to complain about. The food was fantastic some of the best we’ve had in India and the staff were wonderful, always so friendly and helpful, no matter what we needed help with they were on hand to sort it, I would really recommend staying here if you’re visiting Jaipur, it’s a very central location so everything is easy to get to but it’s down a side street so away from the busyness. Khet Singh was absolutely wonderful a lovely man and remembered our orders, favourite table and everything we needed, thank you to all the staff but especially to Khet Singh who went above and beyond.

The pillows weren’t the comfiest and made us a little restless, but other than that a perfect stay. Our room was a bit smaller than we expected but still very beautiful.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly. Appreciated slipper provided. They served breakfast that had international food options as well as traditional Indian food. Pool looked clean although I did not see anyone use it. It was in the front of the hotel. The restaurant on the roof of the hotel was pleasant. Food was inexpensive. Staff made you feel comfortable. Also there was a quick market around the corner from the hotel. The hotel provided shampoo as well as dental kits if needed.

The hotel room had a light switch control for inside the room in the hallway outside the room. Also there was a high window that entered light from the hotel hallway through the room and you could not shut it off or close it at night so being light sensitive at night was difficult to sleep. The towels were as rough as sandpaper. Bed was harder then I would have preferred.

The hotel was in a lovely area of Jaipur; although relatively close to the old town, it was far enough away to provide a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The hotel was decorated in a heritage style and had a number of discreet seating areas in various floors. Food was lovely and staff were very helpful and friendly. Provided excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Our room was a bit dark as it was in an inside courtyard on the 1st floor, however there was no traffic or street noise and we had an excellent nights sleep. This is not a complaint in any way, it is simply a comment.

Great small hotel. If you like to stay in a small hotel that gives you the Rajasthan feeling - then this is the one. It's very colourful and even garish but in a nice way. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are spacious. The restaurant serves tasty freshly made rajasthani food. The terrace is great to relax on or entertain and there is a small pool to relax in. Really enjoyable place to stay in while in Jaipur. The breakfast offered while plentiful is very indian and not really tailored to continental taste but it is not like you cannot find anything to eat...it's fine - just not great. Lastly - the cherry on the cake is the massage spa next door. They offer great massages for those who like a strong pair of hands.

The location often is mistaken with another similarly named hotel and it adds hassle when you are trying to get back, especially if you're a foreigner and the local drivers don't speak good english.
