Very welcoming and spacious reception and relaxation area. Breakfast was good, not a great deal of choice but adequate. The whole place was very clean. The room was clean, as was the shower room which was neatly tiled. The bed was comfortable and although compact the room was furnished to make the most of the space. Very good and comfortable room. Only 2 or 3 km from the motorway so a good place to break a long car journey.

The car park was expensive, on street parking is not really possible so if you arrive by car you have little option but to pay the extra. Not too easy to find due to a road closure.

Jong receptions unfortunately was useless and had not the freshest clothes on him. He was not able to to provide any advice would it be where to have meal or what to do with parking cars. We had room towards street and it is very busy and loud. Unfortunately there is only 20 parking spots available for the hotel and in vicinity no other parking available. Hotel suggestions to park behind in very dinghy area that felt unsafe to leave car , neither it was really place dedicated for parking.

It’s close to the train station, the rooms are spacious and clean. I liked that there were many good vegan options for breakfast

It would be useful to be able to find a staff member. For instance, when I arrived for breakfast there was no coffee, I couldn’t see any staff members and nobody at the reception. It turned out the staff were in plain clothes, no badges, and one of the two was effectively a child. I know teenagers can work in Germany, but a girl in children clothes just looks like one of the hotel guests and it’s not obvious she’s the person to help with requests to the staff. Badges or uniforms would be useful in this case. Also I missed water or a kettle in the room.

We arrived an hour early before check in time as we had travelled all the way from France. They allowed us into our rooms, our three kids occupied the triple single bed room which I found to immaculately clean, the mattresses were very comfortable, the same applies to our double room, the showers and loo were absolutely clean. At night it’s absolutely quite apart from the trains passing now and then but then we had already anticipated that from other reviews. Close to the highway and the Germany/Polish border.

very convenient, the hotel has its own parking costs 1.5€ per night. Clean rooms, the hotel is very modern and new, the staff smiles and explains all the nuances

I didn't like the breakfast, it could have been better, it could have been just tea and coffee. It costs 10€. I would have liked to see a more varied breakfast, I would have paid more if it had been a better breakfast

Comfortable room in a nicely modernised building - nice to have a little table and a hairdryer that can be used in the room (not one of those that is located in the bathroom) Convenient location close to the station and there's tram/bus stops opposite if you want to travel locally I asked for a recommendation for a local restaurant and was directed to Vietnamese one across the road, which was excellent

The hotel is modern, comfortable, easy quick check in, good attitude of the staff.

Parking at the back is dodgy. We arrived at night. Could not find parking at the front at first. Driving around looking for parking at the back streets with no lights. Had to go round and round to be able to park at the front of the hotel and on the morning we found a parking penalty ticket on the windscreen.

I came to that hotel with my bunny twice. The hotel is very close to the train station so it's a good place to spend a night in-between a trip. For a one night stay it was comfortable and very clean, all that I could ask for. Bonus points for not charging additionally for the rabbit. The staff is also very nice:)

Maybe more snacks or vending machines could be present in the lobby, but it really wasn't a problem, as there are shops and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is a 3-minute walk away from the main station. You can reach the city center on foot in 10 to 15 minutes. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good.

You should be aware that a hotel in such proximity to the main station is, of course, also next to the railway tracks. You'll occasionally hear a train passing by.

Very quiet location even though it is in a centre of town. Very clean and pet friendly.

Had difficulty using online check in system as i arrived late at night and had to reserve 2 rooms for 3 adults. Same with parking it was difficult to understand how it works. But at the end everything worked out perfectly.
