The location is good .. between markets, the reception is always helpful to get a van n tuk tuk. Room is excellent as well.. clean n comfortable..

the hotel is very istrategic. we can walk in about 10 minutes to Asean Night Bazaar and also other market and shopping mall. they also prepared parking lot for their customers but first come first serve. the staffs are friendly and very helpful. they can speak English very well. the security guard is also very helpful and friendly. same with the house keeper, she is friendly and keep our room clean and tidy everyday. the hot water runs well. I also loved the microwave as it is very useful to keep 7 eleven food warm. the bed is 10/10 and the pillow is 100/10. the pillow are big, fluffy and very comfortable, giving me a very good dream. last but not list, I love the huge mirror and the sunrise and the city view. it was such memorable stay. I would like to stay at this hotel again if I ever come again to visit Hat Yai! 💕 yours sincerely, Malaysian Happy Customer 😘

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PROPERTY. Near to all attractions especially Central Festival Hatyai (with transport). Quiet place & have their own parking space. I loved the staff very much because they are very polite & pretty 😍. If you’re looking for privacy space, this property is the best choice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not close enough to reach by walking to the nearest attraction like Central Festival Hatyai. You must have your own transportation.

Love the location of this hotel. Staff are really friendly and helpful especially the security guard at the car park area, very helpful in getting a parking space for us every time we came back to the hotel. Rooms were clean, they did daily housekeeping, changed towels and sheets, daily refilled of the pantry items. Would definitely be coming back again.

spacious, got super comfy large pillow! Not in the city centre where u can easily get 7e next door, but good enough for me and my husband as we not staying in the room all day. need to walk a bit to get to nearest 7e. we came with a car, love the proper parking lot, very secured too. we rent a scooter which super convenient, can park inside as well. can request for iron & iron board, wall socket adapter

the toilet floor need a bit of cleaning

the location is not far from Central Festival and Greenway Night Market, but there is not much food option within walking distance - the corridor light is too dim

Front desk and their cafe’s staff all are very good smile, friendly and they are good in English too easy to communicate with.

A bit distance to walk to Lee garden but is ok for us because we can call tuk tuk… just short walk nearby have a big 7-11 very convenient and I found there also have few nails salon

Its very clean and have everything you need!! The bed was so comfy and the toilet is so big!! The hotel also provide good snacks and canned drinks for free!! We love everything about it. The staff also very helpful and friendly. If u need a tuktuk u can just ask the front desk staff to find one for you. Even good one with reasonable price rather.

The BED is TOO small for 2 (big body) persons. The hotel should provide options for 2 beds (all rooms are equipped with ONE Queen size bed) OR One King Size bed. The location is a bit out of the center, but not a big issue as there are varieties of foods and services for make-up for it.
