We always stop here on our way from Belgium to Italy and we've always had a great experience. The hotel (and motel) has beautiful, spacious, very comfortable rooms, including the bathrooms. The staff is very professional and helpful. This is a proper 4-star, offering also a fitness area and a spa. Value for money is great! The location is very convenient, close to the highway and with a gas station nearby. Parking available and dogs welcome. And a separate mention goes to the restaurant. It never disappoints with its genuine local cuisine, excellent wine and very professional staff. Sometimes, we even buy some tortellini at the bar. Products are excellent. Breakfast, served in the restaurant, is very nice, with a big selection of options and the coffee/cappuccino available from the bar.

Sometimes it can be a bit loud, a bit because of loud neighbours, a bit because of poor soundproofing. This time, I also remarked the shower head needed descaling--these little details could be managed better.

Great location, excellent structure, kindness and competence of the staff

A part for the Tesla supercharger, there is another provider (with 1 socket only). Unfortunately it was impossible to bring the app configuration to the end (website with a page error in the help/configuration/actual unlocking of the power). The hotel is very clear in saying that these charging points are not under their control (italian law..), but it is quite limiting having chosen a non delivering partner.

We loved this place! Starting from the fact that you get to park your car right at the door to your apartment, how well the room was equipped, how quiet the place was, how enormous and comfortable the bed was, finishing with the friendly staff and tasty breakfasts. Good enough internet (I got it up to 45mbit/s). We also saw that the place has its own electric car chargers, which seems convenient if you drive an EV (we do not).

No information about items in the mini fridge not being included (2 cheap water bottles and a tiny juice can be considered complimentary). The scrambled eggs were usually quite dry. The place would definitely benefit of having a pool. As you might have noticed, these remarks are very minor - really hard to find any drawbacks of this stay!

Great restaurant and nice to have a spa, and a bar that was open on the weekend and holiday.

The jacuzzi water wasn't actually hot just slightly warm. It might be broken. It's right on the road, which would be nice to see in the photos of the place, they only show the back and the open fields, but in reality the front is basically a parking lot on the road.

The rooms and bed are nice and large. The bathroom and shower are also comfy to move in. Staff was effecient and friendly without being invasive and they always have a smile, are kind and positive. Decent breakfast.

The coffee at breakfast is not very good and there's always a line because only one person can make coffee at a time. Minor detail, but with such a big hotel and so many guests, maybe they can improve this.

The restaurant area was bigger than a previous stay we had. Very good selection of food for breakfast, mostly cold items. Very good coffee from the machine and good seating area. The rooms were spacious and so was the shower room. We were able to park directly outside the room and unload our luggage. Nice open views at the rear of the rooms although anew road is currently being built. No noise issues.

Everything was very nice. It was all that was advertised.

Small niggles: Staff seemed bored and disinterested in their clients (front desk as well as restaurant.) They were polite but made little effort made to connect with their guests. The restaurant (dinner) was low quality for the price. We do not recommend it. (Breakfast was great!)

We weren't expecting a great deal from a hotel right next to the motorway, used as a stopover, but the rooms were fantastic - clean, modern and spacious. We had rooms in the outside motel-style part of the hotel which meant we were able to park right outside of our rooms. The hotel represents fantastic value for money and has great facilities - we made use of the gym, and ate at the restaurant, which while being on the slightly pricey side provided wonderful food and wine. Would definitely use this again if passing the area.

Our only slight issue was that it isn't really accessible to anywhere if you don't want to use a car. The hotel is right next to a busy road leading on to the motorway and not safe to walk along. We did attempt to go for a pre-dinner walk but aborted very early - this however did give us the opportunity to find the family owned business Antica Acetaia Bompana very close by and purchase some balsamic vinegar from a wonderfully informed owner.

Breakfast very good, it could have a bit more choice in vegetables and fresh fruits. The room was spacious, well laid out with all the necessary amenities in place. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with indeed very good bedding. The restaurant has had some exceptional menu entries, and a decent variety. The location is excellent for those traveling across the country.

We wish we had a few more gluten free entries, both in the breakfast options and in the restaurant. Yet the staff were indeed accommodating to what they could do for gluten free meals. Unfortunately the sauna was out of order at the time of out stay.

Though the hotel was a bit far from my next morning meeting it was the only one in the region with 24/7 reception open to accept me at 03:00 am. When you travel for business it's super important. The room was big and very comfortable but need a few touches to make it full updated. Since everything else was perfect I really didn't mind. Wifi was great and so was the bed. Breakfast is genorous with very good coffee.
