Such a cute place and a great location! This hotel is located just off the main square and is a great place to base yourself. Staff were incredibly kind and breakfast was delicious. We stayed in the Mountain View room with was absolutely worth it with fantastic views of the ruins. Room was very large and had plenty of space for our stuff.
My only complaint was that the bed was incredibly hard. My husband who can sleep anywhere even mentioned the bed was uncomfortable. For reference we’re active people in our 30s so we will pretty much stay and sleep anywhere. A mattress topper would make a huge difference

This was a really cute place to stay in Ollantaytambo! It's very close to the plaza, the ruins, local market, and restaurants. It's a bit of a walk to the train station too but doable if you're used to walking. The breakfast was hearty and delicious, the staff were very friendly and even helped us arrange a private tour when we decided we wanted to visit other places in the region late in the day. The room was comfortable and you could hear the water from the canals, which was very relaxing.
We opted to pay by credit card and did so through a Tab link the hotel sent us when we arrived. I later received another email with the bill again from a different website after we had checked out and paid using Tab. Not sure if this was intentional but it was odd to be charged twice from another unknown source.

We left very early both days that we stayed there and they prepared nice bagged breakfast both times. The staff was really nice. The bed was comfortable. The shower took a long time to get hot, but it eventually did. It was about a 12 minute walk to the train station and we had a view of the archaeological site.
It was quite noisy out on the street, but not bad once I closed my window. The lighting was horrible in the room. They really need to increase the lighting. The shower did take a long time to get hot. The Wi-Fi didn’t work very well at all in my remote little too far away from the router, I guess.

It's the most gorgeous hotel in Ollantaytambo! I stayed here with my son and friend for 3 nights before heading off on the Inca Trail. The staff, Carlos and Maria (I hope I remember your name right), were amazing and so helpful and kind. My room was so beautiful with views of the Ollantaytambo Ruins. Breakfast was lovely, fresh, and locally sourced. Even a takeaway brekky prepared for us on our last morning as we had to depart at 6am. We were taken on a free tour of Ollantaytambo and Pinkuylluna by Carlos, which was very insightful and educational. Spent some time also relaxing in the lounge area, drinking all the different teas on offer. Highly recommend this wonderful boutique hotel.
Loved everything.

Everything about this place is great, the location is dreamy, with views of the mountains and ruins from the center of town. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, the breakfast they made for us was the most delicious we’ve had in country. The heater made the room very comfy and the bed was hard to leave in the morning because it was so soft and warm. The interior is welcoming and lovely, much like the town itself! It rained while we were there and the sound of the creek just outside the window was very relaxing. They even have eco friendly shampoo and conditioner bars that left my hair feeling so soft, without the plastic waste of most hotels. Can’t say enough nice things about this place or the town!

The location is good, room is good for the value, and staff is helpful.
We booked private tour with detail itinerary from the hotel. There might be miss communication between the hotel and driver, he didn't know about our itinerary and the car was not booked full day. He ended up helping us to store luggage in the restaurant, which is good. But if the driver know our itinerary earlier, that will save trouble.

This charming hotel was perfectly located in town. Not far from the trains and close to the city center and ruins. The staff were very helpful and kind and the ambiance was wonderful. They served a delicious breakfast in the morning and provided filtered water when ever you needed it. They also held our luggage and charged our battery packs for us while we explored the town after we checked out. The shower pressure was incredible!!
The only thing we had a problem with was not any fault of the hotel. We happen to be staying during a festival time and the partying and loud music under our window went on till after 3:00 am. There was nothing we could do to tune it out.

Lovely staff, excellent breakfast and great location which made our stay very enjoyable. Perfect as a base to explore the Sacred Valley and a short 10 min walk to the train station to Machu Picchu.
The showers were quite cold, they did warm up slightly. The ceiling in the attic room was very low which made it uncomfortable for my partner as he is tall. I should have checked that myself though.

The location was perfect not only as a base for the Sacred Valley, but in Ollantaytambo. It’s steps away from the main square and close to lots of great restaurants (try Apu Veronica and Chuncho). It’s a short walk down the street from the Ollantaytambo ruins and a 10-13min walk from the train station. My room had a beautiful view of the mountains and had plenty of space. I liked that there was a tall wardrobe to keep my clothes and suitcase in. Breakfast was good: assorted fruit, bread, yogurt, juice, and eggs to order. Plus tea and coffee. The night before they’ll ask when you plan to come down for breakfast and they’ll have a place setting waiting for you. The day I was leaving early to catch the train to Machu Picchu they gave me a bag breakfast with a juice box, bread with cheese and ham, an apple, mandarin, and quinoa bar. The staff was friendly and came up to my room to let me know when my guide arrived each day. I also liked that filtered water was available to refill my water bottle or take a glass to my room. I didn’t need a heater, but one was available just in case.
The bed was firmer than I like, but that’s a personal preference. It was by no means uncomfortable. Also, there’s no hot water at night time. My second night I went to shower and was alarmed when the water was freezing. It was nice and hot the next morning. I asked about the water and found out it’s on a timer, so be aware of that if you like to shower after 7pm. Something else to be aware of is you may be asked to pay ahead of time via a site called TAB. There is a small fee associated with this. I told the hotel they should mention this in the fine print on booking.com. I had no issues checking in or out; their system showed I paid in advance.

This is a great hotel in the center of everything you would like to see in Ollantaytambo. The views of the archeological sites are right outside the window. The rooms were impeccable and beautiful. The staff was amazing and helpful. It was a great place to stay before being picked up to hike the 4 day classic Inca Trail.
There really are no bad aspects to this property it really was wonderful in all ways
