I’ve visited in December, February, June, and now July within 18months and I can genuinely say: it’s flawless every time. What truly makes this place special is the people. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Hariprasad (Hotel Manager), whose kindness and attention to detail set the tone for the entire team. His presence is discreet yet deeply impactful you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for from the moment you arrive. The front office team, especially Clince and Tariq, are absolute professionals: helpful, polite, always ready to assist, and never without a warm smile. Whether it’s an early check-in, a special exception, a smooth check-in, or even a late checkout, they always find a way to accommodate you with grace and efficiency. And the housekeeping staff, Ashraf and Mizan, deserve a standing ovation. The rooms are always spotless, fresh, and prepared with real care. You feel like someone took the time to make your space feel like home and that is priceless. Everyone here seems genuinely committed to making your stay as pleasant as possible and it shows. Every gesture, every smile, every act of service feels thoughtful and sincere. We had the very nice experience at this mountain hotel. The location was absolutely perfect with breathtaking views. A stunning sunset right from the comfort of our room – it truly made our stay magical. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel so welcome throughout our time there. Also thoughtful recommendations for a hiking. The personal touches (room upgrade and room decoration for our honeymoon) added an extra layer of warmth to our experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, romantic getaway in the mountains!

The only small downside was the breakfast buffet, which, while tasty, could have offered more variety in terms of drinks. However, this was a minor detail compared to the overall exceptional experience.

The best location in the area. There's a heat controlled pool (but make sure to inform them about the pool as they might have turned off the heat in the low-season) . Great respectful and fast staff. Very beautiful room with a nice balcony. It was very clean. The water had great pressure.

If you want to use the pool and you visit them in low-season as they might turn the heat off if not enough customers visit them. The ACs needed service. Our bedroom AC stopped working in the middle of the night and made us sleep in another room for the night. No other issues other than those.

We booked this place for the view, and in that sense, it met our expectations. The hotel staff was great and helped us with everything we needed. There was a heated pool at the edge of the balcony, which looked amazing, but we were not brave enough to use it. We were there during the storm in the gulf and got stuck for an extra half day before we could get off the mountain. The manager was very attentive and helped us with information and making arrangements for our next booked trip. We also really enjoyed our dinner (Indian cuisine) and buffet-style breakfast

The hotel has seen better days and could use some maintenance, particularly the bathroom. The hotel coffee shop had been redone, and it looked very modern and new, but the rest of the hotel could use some touches, too.

The terrace and the view is stunning. The rooms was big and comfortable. We had a little patio in front with a view to the pool and hills.Staff was polite and professional . Everything was clean but bathroom is a bit outdated and needs renovation. Breakfast was basic but fresh and tasty. We noticed that the pool was heated which is really great seems it was December and quite cold outside. I would definitely recommend it.

The view from our room on the 3rd floor was absolutely amazing, room comfortable and clean, bathroom a bit dark. The pool was heated but we didn't use it. Buffet dinner was available but we couldn't wait until 7pm (wish we had) and ate at a local restaurant. There was something for everyone at breakfast. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. It's well located for local walks.

There isn't much in the way of restaurants around the hotel but dinner is available there or at other hotels. There isn't much else to do of an evening, we watched a good film in the room!!!

We had a chalet and it was huge: one very big bedroom, one very big living room and a beautiful veranda with a view in front. This was superb. The food was great. We had dinner and breakfast buffet, and there was a lot of variety with many tasty dishes. The pool can be used from 8am to 8pm. In the evening was heated, in the morning not. However, in both of the cases, it was quite OK. However, don't expect it to be very warm. The view is great, and the location is very comfortable to do some hikes around the local villages with terraces.

The remote control of the AC was not working properly. Also, the AC was loud and was disturbing us during the night. Be careful with the price. Additionally to the displayed price on booking, there are many other fees. This is not hidden it is well explained, but you can easily overlook it. The warm water in the bath was limited (with a bioler), so you have to be a little faster.

My one-night stay at Sama Hotel was exceptional. The service was excellent. I was get a room upgrade to a astonishing mountain view, together with complimentary breakfast. The room was quite spacious with great amenities, including a small fridge. The highlight was the various bloom roses in hotel area and room balcony with panoramic views, perfect for relaxing. I can sit there for hours and enjoy the view. Overall, an excellent experience exceeding expectations. Highly recommended

another guest that quite noisy in the night

The location was great, and you could see the mountains and nature from the top of the hotel. For the price, this place is way better than the other hotels in Jabal Akhadar.

It is indeed millions of mosquitoes and other flying insects in the evening. Hotel has an ample amount of unused space, which could potentially be utilized for additional activities.
